Let's go to Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico! This is where we will board the Jose Cuervo Express for a day of exploring how tequila is made as well as drinking plenty of it! The train ride is the highlight of the weekend and the entire tour will last about 11 hours. We will ride to the town Tequila Mexico which is where the spirit (the drink, not a ghost lol) is also produced.

We will get to see the factory the tequila is made in and walk in the blue agave fields which is the main ingredient of the tequila.
Your trip is non-refundable once payments have been made for the Jose Cuervo train ride. When the vendors that help curate this trip (hotels, tours, transportation, meals, etc.) get paid, we can’t get those funds back.
Refunds only happen if the host cancels the trip PRIOR TO paying vendors abroad. From my years of international travel, companies abroad very rarely offer refunds. They don’t abide by the same laws we do in America.
You have the option to purchase travel insurance should you want to cover yourself incase something happens after the trip is confirmed. Someone has an unfortunate personal situation on every trip and can’t make it. I highly recommend purchasing insurance. A link will be sent after trip confirmation to compare plans.
We once required travel insurance but now strongly encourage it unless the host country requires it. Heal. Travel. Repeat will not be liable for any damages or injuries while on any trips in any way. Please purchase insurance if you want the peace of mind of being covered in case you need to cancel or if you are sick or injured on the trip.
We will refer you to the best travel insurance option with a “cancel for any reason” policy just in case you are unable to make the trip. This information will come in a follow-up email once the deposit has been made.

We are a little different from your typical travel company. The founder, Candace Blair, is an adventure lover so she creates her trips herself based on real travels she’s don’t that can inside extreme adventures and once in a lifetime excursions for those that like to live on the wild side and try things they’ve never done before. She also enjoys bringing people together who like to have good time with like-minded individuals!
Most travel clubs, rightfully and understandably, play it safe when creating group trips. Usually doing cultural tours only and basic touristy activities. Which aren’t a bad thing if that’s what you are into. We prefer to go off the beaten path and add a little more adrenaline to the trip while still getting the full experience of every country we travel to.
We are a smaller travel club that gives a more intimate setting and allows for less overhead fees so that we can offer a more competitive rate for the same trips around the world as our larger counterparts.
All activities are optional but travel insurance is strongly encouraged whether you participate or not.
Guadalajara hotel: Our accommodations will be simple but still nice. We aren’t spending an excessive amount of time in the room so to save money I didn’t go all out here.
Our chef will be making traditional Mexican dishes. When we travel, we travel to experience different cultures. The chef will provide one meal per day All dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
All transportation on ground will be provided.
We will have a professional photographer and videographer coming along with us every step of the way capturing moments from every activity who will create a free package of your special moments.

This is one of the unique portions of the trip, staying at the barrel hotel!

Any personal activities you do on your own are not included in the trip price.
Please be sure you have a passport with at least six months of validity left.
This is the day everyone arrives! To get the full experience, try to arrive by check-in time!
This will allow you to relax after the flight and prepare to meet everyone in group for dinner reservations that night and a night on the town if you are up for it!
We will stay overnight in Guadalajara.
Our day will start early so that we can be at the bus station that will take us to Tequila, Jalisco. We will be doing our tequila tastings and seeing just how the spirit is made in right in it's home city, Tequila.
We will explore the agave fields and the city of Tequila for lunch. Once our day begins to wrap up we will board the train for our elite wagon sunset experience onboard the Jose Cuervo Express where we will be served more crafted tequila, food, listen to music and enjoy the ride back to Guadalajara.
We will start the morning slow in case we got too lit on the tequila train then head out to eat brunch at a unique restaurant before departing to Tequila
We will have time at the spa that evening for those who choose the add on before dinner!
You will take your bags with you so be prepared to bring everything to our next stay.
We will have a farewell breakfast together and check out by noon. We will take the shuttle to the airport to catch our flights and head back home.
