Is this trip ADA accessible? Unfortunately, San Miguel, Mexico, is not easily accessible for the disabled. The hotel has stairs, and no elevator, and the sidewalks are very narrow and the streets are primarily cobblestone. Should someone with disabilities wish to go on the trip, we will make every accommodation possible, yet Mexico does not have the same laws at the USA.
Is my $500 deposit Refundable? $250 of your deposit goes towards the planning fee (see documents), and $250 is transferrable to another trip. You will not receive an actual refund.
What if I need to cancel? the deposit is handled as above; the remaining payments will be refunded as follows
60 days in advance: full refund - planning fee and deposit
30 days in advance: 50% refund - planning fee and deposit
15 days in advance: 25% refund - planning fee and deposit

Which Airport do I fly into? My recommendation is to fly to Queretero QRO as it is a smaller airport and easier to get to San Miguel. You can also fly in to Leon BJX.
Is airport transportation provided? Yes, please provide your flight details and we will organize your transfers from the airport to the hotel.
When should I arrive at the airport: Our recommendation is to arrive by 2:00pm on Thursday as we will be meeting at 5pm for an group introduction and welcome.
When should I book my flight home: Our recommendation is an early afternoon flight on Monday. That will give you plenty of time for your final breakfast and farewells to the group before you get your transfer to the airport.
What if I have food allergies? Please email us with your food allergies and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Mexican food is so varied and delicious, we are sure your needs will be met.
