Join us for a full-day adventure to the heart of British Columbia’s capital city! Departing from VIU Campus at 9:00 AM, we’ll begin with a scenic drive to Victoria, arriving by 11:00 AM. Start your visit with a guided driving tour featuring key landmarks like Mile 0, followed by a walking tour through the charming downtown—explore the Inner Harbour, historic Chinatown, Government Street, the Empress Hotel, and the iconic Parliament Buildings.
Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure with free time to shop, dine, or join exciting optional activities like whale watching, a visit to the Royal BC Museum, or a local food tour (additional fees apply). We’ll head back to Nanaimo at 5:00 PM, returning to campus around 7:00 PM.
