Depart home for an overnight flight (air on own).   Enjoy a meal and movie along the way.  

Transfer from Naples airport to your  4 star hotel.  Enjoy a walking tour of Sorrento  with a limoncello tasting, followed by a welcome dinner with wine.

Today embark on a scenic full day excursion to Capri including round-trip ferry ride, lunch, and a guided tour.  In the afternoon, take  a boat ride around the island for some amazing views. Enjoy some free time for shopping and exploring.  Tonight is free to experience the local restaurants in Sorrento.

After Breakfast at the hotel, we head out on one of the world’s most spectacular drive along the Amalfi Coast.  We will stop for a photo overlooking Positano, one of Italy’s most famous elegant  resorts, then continue on to the town of Amalfi, the ancient marine republic.  In Amalfi we will have a guided walking tour, then some free time for lunch, shopping and exploring.  You may want to take a look into the Amalfi Cathedral. Next,  board a boat to cruise along the Amalfi coast to Salerno.  Dinner tonight is include at a local restaurant, O’Parrucchiano.

Today is a day to enjoy on your own.  Sleep in, enjoy a later breakfast then browse some charming streets and alleys in Sorrento.  You may choose to have a delicious lunch along the waterfront or at a local cafe. Or you may want to take a ferry over to Positano or Ischia for the day.  There is so much to see and do in your free day, or you could just relax by the pool with views of Mt. Vesuvius in the backround.

Today we have a full day of exploring.  After breakfast we will drive to the “Lost City” of Herculaneum, destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD.  Herculaneum has some of the best -preserved ruins from the Roman times.  Next we will head to the base of Mount Vesuvius to enjoy a fabulous lunch and wine tasting overlooking the vineyards.  After lunch we continue on to the town of Naples, one of the oldest continuously inhabited urban areas in the world.  Learn all about Naples history with a walking tour through the city center, which is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  This evening you are free to try out one of the local pizzerias or restaurants.

This morning you can relax and have a morning at leisure.  Savor breakfast, enjoy the view from the rooftop, visit some of the sites in town or do a little shopping.  This afternoon we head out for a local cooking class.   Learn how to make some favorite Italian dishes, then enjoy the meal you helped create along with some local wine.

We have an exciting day for you today.  After breakfast we will visit a local Lemon Farm to learn all about the famous Sorrento Lemons, and how to make the delicious Limoncello.  We will try some local specialties of the area for lunch at the farm.  Tonight we have a special Farewell Dinner at Zi Ntonio’s.  You will be treated to a true Italian Feast, while being serenaded with live Italian Music.  This will be a night to remember.

After breakfast there will be a group transfer to Naples Airport.  Enjoy some last minute shopping at duty free before you board your flight home.  I hope you had an amazing  time on the Amalfi Coast.  Safe travels home!
