1.  ROOM CATEGORIES WILL BE BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. 

2. DEPOSITS WILL GO UP AFTER NOVEMBER 10TH (THIS CAN RANGE FROM $110-$200 PER PERSON DEPENDING ON ROOM CATEGORY)

TERMS & POLICIES

Please read your package details carefully.

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 


2. All payments to Reflections Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE a "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE" policy within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your investment in case you need a refund. COVID-19 shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected. 


3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. 


4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  Monthly automatic payments will be processed to your preferred debit/credit card that you register with.  Our payment processing system is secured and encrypted.  


5. If booking with a roommate, choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.   If your roommate cancels their reservation or their reservation gets canceled due to non-payment, then your room will be converted to the most appropriate room occupancy, and you will be responsible for the price of the room.  


6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, to review your account.  Name corrections or changes after final payment will incur a $50 change fee by the agency, plus any additional fees required by the vendor/supplier.  


7. All late payment requests must be approved by management. A $50 late fee will be charged to any accounts not current.  


8.  Reflections Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due payment amount.  Accounts 2 months late will be canceled.  


9.  Cancelled reservations will incur a $150.00 (per person) processing fee to reinstate the booking. Canceled reservations are non-refundable.  Travel protection or travel insurance is highly recommended.  


10.  Final payment must be received on or before April 19, 2024. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.  Reflections Travel LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reflections Travel LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  See Travel Protection Insurance below. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  


You are highly encouraged to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation, or a family emergency.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  


If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. 


You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 


BOOKING DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 10, 2023.  


THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE APRIL 19, 2024


1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 


2. All roommates must pay the deposit for reserving the room. 


3. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel, a secure payment processing system developed especially for travelers and sellers of travel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.


4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by emailing info@reflectionstravels.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.   


5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private group activities. 

LATE PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL FEES

1.  The vendors require payment on a timely basis.  We cannot extend credit to anyone making late payments.  Therefore we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment policy.  A fee of $50 will be charged for all late or failed payments.  Any account 2 months behind will be canceled.  A $150 fee (per person) is required to rebook.  


2.  Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc. within 120 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee per occurrence/incident.

STANDARD CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.

**BOOKING A RESERVATION**


1.  Can my roommate and I book and pay separately?  YES - Select DOUBLE occupancy room category and 1 person at checkout.  Enter your information, and be sure to list your roommate's name.  Pay your deposit, and you are all set.  Your roommate will do the same, and we will pair the two of you in your room. You MUST select the same room type and list each other as roommates.  


2.  If my roommate cancels, what should I do?  You can get another roommate or transfer to a single occupancy room category.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price. Reservations are not transferrable once we have reserved your room with the resort and suppliers. **SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY**


3.  Are passports required? Yes, a valid US Passport is required and must be valid for 6 months post-travel.  Information on obtaining a passport can be found at

4.  What other information do I need to know about the Dominican Republic?  You can find information relevant to any country at Travel.State.Gov 


5.  Is there Wi-Fi at the resort? YES, the resort offers free WiFi throughout, though some connection issues may be experienced depending on your carrier.


6.  How is the beach? The beaches in the area are beautiful.  From time to time there may be seaweed, which is seasonal.  


7.  How far from the airport? The resort is approximately 26 km or roughly 30 minutes from the Punta Cana PUJ airport.

TRAVEL NOTES


  • All deposits & payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Deposit:  $110 Per Person (Double Occupancy) $200 Per Person (Single Occupancy) - could be more depending on room category.
  • Deadline:  November 10, 2023
  • Final Payment Due:  April 19, 2024
  • All monthly payments are automatically processed according to the payment schedule.
  • You must create a WeTravel account to manage your reservation online.  
  • You are able to submit partial payments prior to your scheduled monthly payment date via your WeTravel account.
  • You are able to update your credit card info via your WeTravel account.  
  • If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please click the "Ask A Question" or "Contact The Organizer" button under your WeTravel Account.
  • Travel documents and the itinerary will be emailed 7-14 days prior to departure. 
  • You MUST provide us with your flight information by April 30, 2024, to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure.  Those who miss the deadline will be charged $35.  The link to submit your flight info will be emailed to you in March.
  • A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip.  Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport.  
  • You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions.  Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.

We have just about everything covered. Bring plenty of $1 bills to tip the bartenders, waitresses, bus drivers, etc. They work hard so we don't have to!

Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport, your ride will be waiting for you and will take you to  Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort, Spa and Casino for check-in.

All About the Father's


There will be no sleeping in today!!!


Did someone say Ridin' Dirty! Lets double up and take the Dune Buggies for a ride!  A little dirt ain't never hurt nobody.  Today is about getting down and dirty as you drive automatic transmission machines through the streets of Punta Cana.


After you have enjoyed your beautiful ride through the country sides; come back to the resort and as Jay-Z said in change clothes.


At 5pm is when the party gets started! Lets toast it up and continue to celebrate the fathers.


Did someone say BBQ Party??? 


You heard correct; we are throwing a BBQ in the islands.  Dinner; drinks; and a DJ (old school/new school/a little bit of techno).  The saying goes dance till your shoes come off.  Guess what no shoes is necessarily needed for this party.  Just your flyest outfit.

Well, well, well this is the day that it's time to go back to reality; but it doesn't have to be sad.

Your scheduled ride will pick you up from resort then transfer to the airport.  Pickup time will be given the day before.
