The Collective Founder and Content Curator, Amber Batchelor has been hosting events and developing content for leadership development, executives, small business owners, corporations, entrepreneurs, colleges, and universities for over 20 years. She is a millennial entrepreneur and CEO of a chamber of commerce in Georgia and for the last 12 years, Managing Partner of her boutique consulting firm. When the pandemic hit, like many working women, her day job let her go. She was instantly recruited by Florida Tech to run their SBA-funded Women's Business Center during the height of the pandemic; helping to develop plans that support women to thrive. She saw the need for women to be refreshed and the benefit that we all share from our Collective experiences and vulnerability to be there for one another. She is opening her network to all women interested in high-level high-energy connections and collaborations through her creation of The Collective: A Women's Retreat.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Your retreat package reservation deposit fee is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Full Payment & Payment Installments
Full payment will be due no later than 45 days prior to the first day of the retreat. We are able to offer flexible payment plans through this platform to make this trip achievable for you.
Non-Refundable Registration
Due to the everchanging conditions, we ask that if you are unable to attend after making your registration payment, then you gift the retreat to another woman. If you need assistance with that, then we can help with the selection of a deserving woman. Once you place your deposit we secure all the details to make this high quality event happen. The vendors begin preparing an incredible experience for our guests from day one. If you have extenuating circumstances then we can provide a credit towards a future retreat. This policy is non-negotiable and managed at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
Airfare is NOT included in your retreat package however, we can pair you with a travel agent to assist with all your needs upon your request.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND securing REFUNDABLE air travel with CHANGE OPTIONS so that you may use your points, miles, or dollars for future travel plans or make necessary adjustments to your air travel in order to attend the retreat.
Event Postponement
If the event encounters extreme unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances and rescheduling is necessary, then the new date will be provided to all attendees. Each attendee will be provided a timeframe to consider the date and respond. If you are unable to attend the alternate date, then a full refund minus the registration deposit will be credited back to the initial form/method of payment.
Event Location
The event location is subject to change with notice to paying attendees. Due to the unforeseen economic conditions, a change of venue, in advance, may be necessary to keep the health and safety of all involved top priority. The event organizer will communicate any such changes to paying attendees. However, we do not anticipate a need to change.
With the utmost consideration for the health and wellbeing of you, other attendees, hotel staff, and The Collective Women's Retreat team asks that you are open to comply to local and federal guidelines in addition to any necessitated by the venue and event organizers.
Aligned with the CDC’s updated guidance, properly worn face coverings are required indoors and outdoors (where social distancing is not feasible) for guests who are fully vaccinated. Attendees who are unvaccinated are required to continue wearing face coverings indoors and outdoors. Complimentary masks are available to all guests.
We will be in a combination of natural spaces with open air and indoor/outdoor layouts for maximum comfort for all.
