 Our holiday adventure begins with an overnight flight to the magical city of Prague. Get ready to step into a winter wonderland of twinkling lights and festive charm! You’ll be able to freshen up, unpack, and hit the cobblestone streets feeling refreshed and ready to explore.

Welcome to Prague!

Touch down in the “City of 100 Spires” and let the magic of Prague unfold around you. After checking into our hotel—where your room will be ready upon arrival—the majority of the day is yours to spend at your leisure. Wander the cobblestone streets, relax at a cozy café, or simply soak in the storybook charm of the city. This evening, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant and raise a glass to the festive adventure ahead!

Discover the Magic of Prague

 Wake up to the festive charm of Prague during the holiday season—this city looks like it leapt straight from the pages of a fairytale. We’ll kick off the day with a panoramic tour, taking in sweeping views and exploring the historic Castle District, home to the stunning gothic St. Vitus Cathedral and the iconic Prague Castle.

Then, the experience is yours to shape:
You can choose to dive into Prague’s rich Jewish heritage on a guided tour that includes a visit to Europe’s oldest active synagogue* — or — see the city from a new perspective with a relaxing Vltava River cruise.

The rest of the day is yours to explore as you wish. Cross the famous Charles Bridge, admire the whimsical architecture, or lose yourself in the magic of the Old Town Square Christmas market—brimming with handmade crafts, festive treats, and warm mulled wine.

A Festive Day Trip to Dresden

 Today we venture into Germany to explore the beautiful city of Dresden, often called the “Florence on the Elbe” for its incredible art and architecture. A local guide will lead us through the city’s baroque highlights, including the stunning Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and the historic Royal Palace.

The real holiday magic awaits at the Striezelmarkt—Germany’s oldest Christmas market, dating all the way back to 1434. You’ll have plenty of time to browse the festive stalls, admire the handcrafted ornaments, and indulge in seasonal treats. Grab lunch on your own and soak in the joyful atmosphere before we head back to Prague later this afternoon.

From Prague to Vienna, with a Fairytale Stop in Český Krumlov

 Today we say goodbye to Prague and make our way through the scenic countryside toward Vienna. Along the way, we’ll stop in the storybook town of Český Krumlov—a beautifully preserved medieval gem filled with winding lanes and baroque charm. You’ll have free time to wander its cobblestone streets, snap some postcard-worthy photos, and grab lunch at your leisure.

Later, we’ll gather for a delightful dinner at a classic Viennese restaurant, where imperial elegance meets warm hospitality. We’ll then arrive in Vienna, Austria’s glittering capital, beautifully lit for the season. If you're up for it, join our Tour Manager for a relaxing evening stroll to take in the city’s festive glow.

Sweet Traditions and Holiday Magic in Vienna

This morning, we’ll explore Vienna’s elegant heart with a scenic drive and walking tour led by a local guide. Marvel at the city’s stunning architecture, historic green spaces, and iconic gothic spires as we make our way through the beautifully decorated streets.


Then, enjoy a visit to a traditional candy workshop where sweet treats are still made by hand using recipes passed down for over 150 years—a little taste of history you won’t want to miss.


Your afternoon is free to explore at your own pace. Be sure to visit the Christkindlmarkt at Rathausplatz, Vienna’s most iconic Christmas market, where the aroma of roasted chestnuts and the sparkle of handmade ornaments fill the air.

Tonight, you’ll have the option to elevate your evening with a special experience: a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, including its festive market and a classical concert in the historic Orangerie. This optional experience is available for an additional $139 USD and promises a night of imperial beauty and unforgettable music.

Bratislava, Wine Country, and Arrival in Budapest

 This morning, we make our way to Bratislava, the once-imperial capital of the Habsburg Empire. With a local guide, we’ll stroll through the charming Old Town and take in the city’s rich blend of history, architecture, and festive energy.

After the tour, enjoy some free time to grab lunch and explore on your own—be sure to check out the delightful Christmas markets and soak in the atmosphere of a city with over 4,000 years of history.


Next, we head into the heart of Hungary’s famed Neszmély wine region. Perched atop a hill with stunning views of the Danube River, we’ll visit one of the country’s most beautiful wineries. Try your hand at making traditional Hungarian strudel, then relax and enjoy a cozy dinner surrounded by panoramic scenery.


We’ll arrive in Budapest later this evening—your home for the next two nights. The rest of the night is yours to settle in or take a leisurely walk and start getting acquainted with this elegant city known as the "Queen of the Danube."

Exploring Budapest and our Farewell Dinner

Today we’ll dive into the beauty and history of Budapest with a panoramic city tour led by a local expert. Highlights include the stunning Matthias Church perched atop Buda Castle Hill, the fairytale-like Fisherman’s Bastion, the historic charm of Old Buda and Gellért Hill, and the impressive Parliament building that lines the Danube.

This afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. You might cozy up with a warm drink at the charming Christmas market near St. Stephen’s Basilica, complete with a glittering tree and ice skating rink, or head over to Vörösmarty Square, where the city’s largest market comes alive with festive stalls, handmade gifts, and live local music.

Tonight, we’ll gather one last time to celebrate the end of our European holiday adventure with a special farewell dinner—sharing stories, toasting new friendships, and soaking in the magic of the season.
