We’re returning to paradise in the mountains of Armenia, Colombia — a peaceful environment surrounded by nature, fresh air, and wide open green landscapes. This will be my sixth time here, and for the past three years, Mulan and I have co-led this retreat together. Each year we see the same result: people arrive carrying stress and mental noise, and leave grounded, calm, and clear about their life and next steps.
Through a balanced combination of yoga, guided meditation, and coaching, you will reset your system and reconnect with yourself in a very real way.
These practices are designed to help you slow down, find clarity, and awaken your natural sense of peace and purpose.
This retreat is built to support you in three core ways:
