Join us as we discover Roatán with a 5 day/4night stay in a luxury boutique hotel, IBAGARI, nestled between West Bay Beach and the vibrant West End. This will be a wonderful Carribean escape for all individuals looking to withdraw, to escape, to yoga, and maybe even to do a little scuba diving (dive center on site!)

Guests will stay in private lodging of varying accommodations, all offering en-suite baths, air conditioning, and mainstream amenities. Within this beautiful setting, the hotel is located in one of the best and most exclusive areas of Roatán. Surrounded by both vegetation and white sand beaches, it’s the ideal place to enjoy everything that Roatan and the Caribbean have to offer. The essence of this location is all about creating experiences that’s intimately related to nature and art, as well as dedicated to the sole purpose of enjoying each day.
Among our time spent laying in the sunshine, Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer will offer varying yoga classes throughout the stay, outdoors, undercover, and on the beach.
This boutique hotel offers guests private access to the beach, along with an outdoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs, all with towel service. If guests wish to venture off the hotel grounds and explore the West End and West Bay, complimentary water cabs depart directly from the property.
One evening of the retreat will include our an all-white dinner while being treated to a show by the Garifuna people. The Garifuna are one of the most vibrant communities in Roatan and they will be given space to showcase their dances and music, proclaimed by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of the Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

- international flights
- Day 2 dinner (dinner OYO at guests’ cost - guests can explore island + culture or stay and dine at resort restaurant)
- Additional N/A beverages - Each guest will receive one N/A drink served per meal - additional beverages will be at guests’ cost
- Any alcoholic purchases (outside of included Catamaran open bar)

An initial deposit by persons booking reserves a room and acts as a signature on a legal binding document authorizing agreement and understanding for all of the below information:
BOOKING + CANCELLATION:
In order to reserve a room, a booking deposit of $800 per person will be required through this website. This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable to another Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer retreat.
Kim + Sybil will not honor credit towards another retreat in the case of cancellation.
If a guest is unable to attend for any unforeseen reason, guest will assume FULL COST of trip. This booking serves as a legal agreement of these charges that will be absorbed by guest(s).
Kim/Sybil WILL entertain a transferable booking to another individual on a case-by-case basis.
A new $800 per-person deposit will be then required from the new guest(s)if a transferred booking is approved. The initial $500 deposit will NOT be refunded to original guest, IF a registration is transferred to another guest with Kim/Sybil’s approval.
The remaining payments after deposit will be made according to a preset schedule with reminders sent to all guests by WeTravel on 8/16/25 + 10/18/25. Please be aware that WeTravel will add credit card processing fees to all payments. Guests will be prompted as each date nears and will need to manually add new credit cards to make payments - Kim and Sybil do not have access to guests’ credit cards.

If any unusual circumstances present and Kim/Sybil need to cancel the retreat for any reason, refunds WILL be given - less the processing fees. Please note that processing fees will NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.

Kim Culley and Sybil Meyer will also not assume responsibility to any losses in airfare or additional travel purchases due to cancellations of any kind. Please consider booking travel insurance when booking this trip.
Additionally Kim Culley, Sybil Meyer, and the Ibagari Hotel are not responsible for any loss or damages, or medical treatment, that may result before, during, or after this trip.
All guests will be required to sign hard copy liability waivers upon arrival to Roatan at the beginning of the retreat and the booking of this trip confirms compliance to sign the waiver.
