ESCAPE to THAILAND yoga tour

Please join us for a KimandSybs yoga ”first offering”, as we embark on an unforgettable yoga TOUR through Thailand! In partnership with a local guide for the duration of our adventure, we will explore serene temples, care for gentle elephants, refresh in waterfalls, experience a wildlife safari, practice yoga on floating bungalows, and so much more….
We hope you’ll join us to practice, adventure, and experience the stories that will be told to us of the history of temples, kings, and battles of Thailand. We will excite our taste buds with the flavor and variety of Thai cuisine, and even have the opportunity to take our own turn cooking with a local farmer at his family farm. The country will truly come to life right before our eyes as we safari, explore, indulge, traverse, and YOGA!
Our tour will begin in Northern Thailand and will then take us south to the more remote offerings of history, culture, and beauty that can be found in this amazing country. While guests will always have the option to participate or abstain from any offering throughout the tour, all guests will travel collectively as one unit, exploring and moving through the country aboard various transportation modes such as long tail boats, bamboo rafts, intercountry flights, and our own two feet. The trip will involve stays in FIVE separate lodging locations, so guests will be encouraged to be prepared with packing in a way that allows them to travel well through lodging transitions. Packing suggestions will be shared with booked guests as the trip approaches.
Sybil Meyer + Kim Culley will lead guests through various yoga offerings throughout the tour, with the ability for all who choose to practice to do so in unique locations - such as: under ancient tamarind trees, in dedicated + private spaces, floating bungalow huts, toes in the sand with ocean views - we will flow amidst the protected natural landscape of Thailand.
All yoga and adventure excursions on this tour will be included in the listed price, as well as all transportation, and most meals. Please see “what’s included” for specific offerings. Alcoholic purchases and flights to/from Thailand will be at the guests’ expense.

As the trip gets closer, all guests will need to share flight information to allow for transfer bookings. Passport information will be required at the time of deposit.
This trip will begin in Chiang Mai and will end in Phuket. Guests will be responsible for securing and paying for their flights to/from Thailand. All of the following travel and transportation within the trip will be included:
- airport transfers
- one inter-country flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket,
- traversing on buses, bamboo rafts, long tail boat rides, and all excursion transfers
- lodging in five locations ranging from city luxury to beach front to jungle central to bungalow rustic to ocean luxury
- MOST meals - guests will be responsible to cover the cost of one lunch and two dinners
- Snacks and bottled water throughout each day during adventures will be provided
- all gratuities for our accompanied local guide, as well as all tips to hotel staff, included meal staff, drivers, and excursion guides (Additional tipping will be at guests’ discretion)
While all guests will travel together and accompany the tour to the excursions, guests may always opt to observe experiences if their choice is not to participate.
In addition to at least one yoga offering a day, guests will experience the following included excursions:
- Care, Bathe, and Feed Rescued Elephants at a dedicated sanctuary
- Climb and swim in famous waterfalls
- Visit the historical temples of Wat Phra Singh, Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Bang Riang, and the famous Doi Suthep

ALL guests should plan for arrival flights into Chiang Mai (CNX) by mid-day. We will e leaving for temples at 3pm from hotel. Transfers will be arranged by arrival flights and transports will take guests to first hotel

Guests should book departing flights from Phuket International Airport (HKT) unless extending trip elsewhere
** Itinerary subject to change: All guests will be invited to download a travel app approx one month before the trip that will share the final itinerary in live time.
An initial deposit by persons booking reserves a room and acts as a signature on a legal binding document authorizing agreement and understanding for all of the below information:
BOOKING + CANCELLATION:
In order to reserve a room, a booking deposit of $800 per person will be required through this website. This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable to another Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer retreat. Kim + Sybil will not honor credit towards another retreat in the case of cancellation.
If a guest is unable to attend for any unforeseen reason, guest will assume FULL COST of trip. This booking serves as a legal agreement of these charges that will be absorbed by guest(s).
Kim/Sybil WILL entertain a transferable booking to another individual on a case-by-case basis.
A new $800 per-person deposit will be required from the new guest(s)if a transferred booking is approved. The initial $800 deposit will NOT be refunded to original guest, IF a registration is transferred to another guest with Kim/Sybil’s approval.
The remaining payments after deposit will be made according to a preset schedule with reminders sent to all guests by WeTravel on 6/18/25 and 10/15/25. Please be aware that WeTravel will add credit card processing fees to all payments.

If any unusual circumstances present and Kim/Sybil need to cancel the retreat for any reason, refunds WILL be given - less the processing fees. Please note that processing fees will NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.

Kim Culley and Sybil Meyer will also not assume responsibility to any losses in airfare or additional travel purchases due to cancellations of any kind. Please consider booking travel insurance when booking this trip.
Additionally Kim Culley, Sybil Meyer, and selected Thai Tour Guide Company/Individual are not responsible for any loss or damages, or medical treatment, that may result before, during, or after this trip.
All guests will be required to sign hard copy liability waivers upon arrival to Thailand at the beginning of the retreat and the booking of this trip confirms compliance to sign the waiver.
