FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL:
- The major airport near Savannah, GA is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
-Once you land Savannah you will be responsible for getting an Uber/Lyft to the Wesley Gardens Retreat Center located about 35 minutes from the airport.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Mosaic Way is required to pay all suppliers well in advance of your trip date. This includes but is not limited to hotel accommodations, meals, tickets, transportation, etc. All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. Should a cancellation become necessary, please inform The Mosaic Way immediately in writing and request a written confirmation of your cancellation. Upon receipt, The Mosaic Way will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s terms and subject to their review. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the supplier is responsible for this refund, not The Mosaic Way. Suppliers may choose to provide a travel voucher or credit in lieu of refund. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund or for supplier bankruptcy or insolvency.
In the case of a refund, expect a percentage of quoted price as follows:

Confession will be available 30 minutes before daily mass in on-site chapel.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore Savannah after morning talks and the group excursion.

Welcome to the beautiful & historic city of Savannah and to day 1 of this retreat!
Check-in at the Wesley Garden Retreat Center begins at 3 PM. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 3 PM and enjoy the afternoon at leisure until the retreat begins.
The retreat does not officially begin until 7 PM, where we will gather for a quick orientation and introductions and then the group will gather for a game night and some refreshments.
