Join Walker Wellness Retreats as we host an incredible four-night/five-day retreat in beautiful southern Utah! Come expand your knowledge of how to take care of one’s mind, body, and soul during this informative and fun wellness retreat!

All-Inclusive

Transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport to the retreat homes is included, as well as all planned activities and meals during your stay. Don't worry about any extra costs or hidden fees. Just sit back and relax.

Quality Food

We take food very seriously, and we know our guests do too. All meals are included during your stay, as well as snacks for your activities. We also offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options upon request. 

Yoga

Every retreat features a private yoga instructor who offers multiple classes during your stay. All classes are optional, which means you can choose what you feel is right for you. 

Hiking

Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park contain some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the country. From Observation Point to the Narrows, there is something for you! 

National Park Access

Our retreat homes are located just outside of Zion National Park and a short drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. We take you into the parks and drop you off where you need to go (no parking required). Entry to the parks is also included.

Relaxation & Rejuvenation

You deserve a little "me time." That's why each retreat has built-in leisure time so you can relax in the hot tub, journal, or take a nap. All activities are optional so that you can enjoy your retreat at your own pace.

Meet Your Hosts

Each of our Zion retreats calls for a team of experts to ensure your experience is good. Joining us on this retreat will be a chef and a retreat facilitator/yoga instructor. The deadline to book a domestic retreat is 15 days before the retreat begins; however, some exceptions can be made based on availability.

Day 1

Arrival & Retreat Orientation

Welcome! Our adventure will begin in Salt Lake City, Utah. We'll pick up each guest at the airport or local area hotel. Then, we'll depart as a group and make the approximately 5-hour scenic drive to the retreat home. We'll pass through the gorgeous scenery of Central Utah before arriving at the house between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. First, we will do a welcome orientation as a group. Next, we will review the retreat and hiking opportunities schedule, followed by an evening yoga session and a group dinner. 


9:00 am - 11:00 am: Airport/Hotel Pickups - Scheduled pickups from Salt Lake City International Airport and hotels. Please plan to arrive in SLC no later than 11:00 am when the retreat departs. We strongly recommend arriving a day before the retreat.


Noon:
Lunch/Grocery Stop - We will make a short stop to grab lunch and last-minute items for the trip. We will also stop at the Utah State Liquor Store if guests want to purchase any alcoholic beverages.


1:00 pm: Depart from Salt Lake City

6:00 pm: Welcome Orientation at the retreat home

6:30 pm: Evening Yoga

7:30 pm: Group Dinner

Yoga & Scenic Hiking in Zion National Park

We'll start with yoga first thing in the morning before a rich breakfast buffet and a full day in the park. We'll pack our lunches, depart the retreat home at 10:00 am sharp, and head to the Zion Visitor Center. The day is yours to explore and enjoy numerous hiking options. Pick-up will be at 5:00 pm before returning home for a shower, dinner, and an evening yoga session.

Day 3

Observation Point & Wellness Day

We'll start the day with a morning yoga session before eating breakfast and packing our lunches for an optional day of hiking Observation Point on the east side of Zion National Park. This beautiful hike starts only 15 minutes from the retreat home and provides a stunning vista of Zion Canyon only. After hiking, we'll return for a Wellness Afternoon where you can rest, recharge, or journal. Afterward, we'll gather for an evening yoga session before a group dinner and free time for the rest of the evening.

Day 4

Yoga & Scenic Hiking in Zion National Park

Today, we'll return to Zion for another day of hiking and exploration. After morning yoga and breakfast, we'll depart for the Zion National Park Visitor Center. Suggested hikes for this day include The Narrows or Watchman Trail. Alternatively, you can enjoy the Zion Ponderosa's amenities or more downtime at the retreat home.

8:30 am: Breakfast Buffet & Pack Lunches for Hiking


10:00 am: Hiking Time in Zion National Park and/or Shopping in Springdale 


6:30 pm: Evening Yoga  


7:30 pm: Group Dinner 

Day 5

Hiking in Bryce Canyon & Departure

We'll check out and depart the retreat home shortly after a delicious breakfast. We'll pack a lunch for the trip to Salt Lake City. Along the way, we'll make a stop at Bryce Canyon National Park, where we'll enjoy a scenic hike along the Navajo Loop & Queen's Garden trail. Once we've basked in the beauty of Bryce, we'll return to Salt Lake City for guest drop-offs.


7:30 am: Breakfast Buffet & Pack Lunches


9:00 am: Depart Retreat Houses and depart to Bryce Canyon National Park


10:30 am: Hiking in Bryce Canyon National Park


1:00 pm: Depart for Salt Lake City


5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Approximate arrival in Salt Lake City for hotel and airport drop-offs. If you are flying out today, please plan to depart after 7:00 pm.
