Imagine climbing into a big, colorful balloon basket. As the sun rises and paints the sky with beautiful colors, we'll gently float up, up, and away. From high up in the air, you'll see the city of Marrakech spread out below like a colorful patchwork quilt. It's like being on a magic carpet in the sky!

50% Refund - Up to 48 hours before the trip:

If you cancel your trip within 72 to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the trip, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost. To cancel, please contact us at experiences@afritripmorocco.com and provide your booking details. We will process your cancellation and refund the applicable amount.

No Refunds - Less than 48 hours before the trip:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the trip. This includes no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the trip.

Voucher for Future Bookings - Special Circumstances:

In certain special circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, we may consider issuing a voucher for future bookings instead of a refund. This voucher will be valid for a specified period, and you can use it towards a future trip with us.
