1.  All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.

2. Room package price includes three nights all-inclusive resort accommodations (includes Taxes, Food, and Drinks), airfare from Los Angeles sold separately. 

3. If reserving a shared room, the price listed is the amount per person. Multiply the price times two (2) to get the total cost of the three (3) night trip.

4. Price of roundtrip airline ticket listed is per person.

5. All reservations are subject to Better Brothers Los Angeles Terms and Conditions.

Payment Options

There are two ways to pay for your vacation. Please note that each payment option has specific refund and cancellation consequences.

Option 1: Installment Payment Plan
This payment option allows the traveler(s) to make an initial deposit and a final balance payment thereafter depending on when the reservation is made. The final payment is due 30 days before arrival. 

The payment schedule is as follows:

· One Night Deposit Due at Booking.

· Final Balance Due at 30 days prior to arrival

If a booking is made within the 45 to 30-day arrival window, the total cost of the trip is due at the time of booking.

Please Note: For this payment option the deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled, or payments are missed. There is no additional charge for the installment payment plan.

Here’s how the installment plan works:

· A Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable deposit equal to one-night hotel stay due at time of booking

· Partial payments can be made until the final balance is paid off 30 days prior to arrival.

Traveler(s) will be notified when the final payment is due. Final payment due 30 days before arrival.

At the time of booking, you will be able to see what the monthly installment payment is and how many are required. Please note that should you miss a monthly payment, the initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Option 2: Pay in Full
You are welcome to pay in full for your reservation at the time of booking. 

In all cases a deposit must be paid and accompany your reservation to confirm your booking. If you are paying by bank transfer, please make sure your routing and account numbers are correct. If payment is not received by the date required, your reservation is subject to cancellation without any requirement that Better Brothers Los Angeles provide you advance notice. Failure to make timely payments of any reservation will cause your reservation to be cancelled without notice and all amounts paid to date shall be held by Better Brothers Los Angeles in accordance with the cancellation policies.

If the Marriott Resort and Spa (“resort”), or Better Brothers Los Angeles is forced to cancel or undertake a major change (such as change in resort, departure or return date) to the vacation due to circumstances beyond their normal control, such as the following non-exclusive list, Acts of God, other circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control, war, civil or political unrest, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes, including strikes aboard or ashore or at a resort, restraint of rulers or princes, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others, acts of terrorism, civil commotions, catastrophes, epidemics, pandemics, virus or illness (“Force Majeure Events”), Better Brothers Los Angeles will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. The sole liability of Better Brothers Los Angeles by reason of a Force Majeure Event shall be to, depending on resort or airline’s refund policies, offer a credit to be applied to future Better Brothers Los Angeles vacations or a refund of all monies theretofore paid to Better Brothers Los Angeles for all obligations not then performed or for which the guest has not had benefit.

If a reservation is cancelled by the traveler(s), refunds of the total package price will be subject to a cancellation fee according to the following schedule:

31 to 60 days before departure: Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the total package price

30 or less days before departure: Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the total package price

The initial deposit for travelers who select the Installment Payment Plan is non-refundable, and non-transferable regardless of the cancellation fees above.

Traveler transfer/substitutions (name changes) are allowed only for fully paid vacations, subject to a charge of $50, plus any charges imposed by resort or airline. You must notify Better Brothers Los Angeles of any such substitution in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure. Transferability of airline tickets varies by carrier and shall be Traveler’s sole responsibility.

Better Brothers Los Angeles strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance which is offered through various insurance carriers. Many policies offer valuable waivers of pre-existing conditions if purchased at or near the time of booking. Travel insurance coverage offers many benefits including emergency medical coverage and can protect your vacation investment. Each policy varies in scope and it is your responsibility to pay close attention to the coverage offered.

The individual carrier is the insurer not Better Brothers Los Angeles, and therefore Better Brothers Los Angeles is not responsible for the coverages offered, services provided, or claims for any travel insured.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have been offered travel and cancellation insurance and understand the risks of not purchasing and benefits of purchasing it.
