Typically, we schedule the driver to arrive 1 hour after the flight lands. The standard airport exit (from Immigration and customs) takes about 1 hour. However, our drivers often arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule. While we occasionally monitor flights, it's essential for customers to inform us of any delays or early arrivals well in advance. We do not book or manage details of international flights arrivals or departures.
We strongly recommend visitors using our service to consider purchasing travel insurance. Delays can be uncomfortable for all parties (including the driver), and we have a surcharge policy for extended waiting periods. We're willing to wait up to 2 hours or adjust the departure time on the same day, subject to availability of the driver and vehicle, possibly with associated penalties.
