- A Passport is required to enter St Maarten and cannot expire on or before  Feb. 11th, 2025. If your passport expires before this date you must get is renewed.

- Deposits are $100

-Travel Insurance is highly recommended. All deposits & payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but all packages are eligible for travel  insurance which can reimburse you should you have to cancel (see terms of your travel insurance carrier). 

-All final payments are due no later than Jun 23rd 2024. 

- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date.

-  This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.

- All travel documents will be sent 21-30 days prior to departure. 

-You must purchase your own flight, airport code is: SXM(ST Maarten)

-All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to: janelle@jbluxurytravels.com

*You may choose your own insurance carrier or you may use  the one that will be provided to you once you have secured your room. Please note that travel insurance must be purchased within 21 days of booking your vacation

* We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

- I understand that travel insurance is NOT included in  my package and that I must purchase it on my own. I understand that I have 21 days from the date the trip was secured to purchase travel insurance. JB Luxury Travels LLC and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, I will use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider.)
