Ski H3 brings you a whole week of skiing with the Hashers at Jasna Ski Resort in Slovakia. Jasna is the largest and best ski resort east of Vienna, offering something for every type of skier.  Enjoy tree-line pistes, southside freeride bowls and powder areas, fun tree runs, and northside steep couloirs.

Party bus from Bratislava to Jasna - March 2nd and to the Vienna Airport on March 9th - Pickup will be next to the hash hotel (Raddison Blu Carlton Hotel - group rate available)  **Your lodging at the hash hotel in Bratislava is NOT included**

The party bus coming back from Jasna on 3/9 will take everyone directly to the Vienna airport. We will leave Jasna at 7:45am sharp on Sunday 3/9 and arrive at the Vienna airport around noon (traffic dependent). To be safe do not book tickets home before 3pm so you have time for international check-in.  My suggestion is book a Monday morning flight, check in to an airport hotel and hop on the train to go hash with Vindobona H3. They hash @ 2:30pm on Sundays in the winter. Hash cash is usually 5€. You can check off hashing in two countries on this trip if you do.

There is a FixBus every hour from the Vienna airport to Bratislava. The FixBus drop off is 450 meters from the Radisson (6 min walk). This location will also allow a motor coach to get in and out of so we don't have the issues we did last year.

Cancellation policy for individual bookings at the hash hotel (different than ski week cancellation policy)
- up to 14 days before arrival - free of charge,
- 13-3 days before arrival - cancellation fee equals to 50% of the cancelled value,
- 2 days and less - cancellation fee equals to 100% of the cancelled value.
City tax 3.50 EUR / person / night is not included in the room rate.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Full refunds will be issued minus €50 up until Oct 25th 2024.

• Oct 26th - January 3rd - 50% of your payment will be refunded.

• After January 3rd no refunds will be provided. 

Trip/travel Insurance
It is highly recommended you purchase supplemental travel/trip insurance.
Skiing is a high risk sport and having insurance that can medivac you out of Jasna to a larger hospital in Vienna, Bratislava, Krakow, Munich, or even back to the USA is highly recommended. Your US based insurance may or may not cover your care in the EU. The hospitals will make you guarantee payment prior to treatment so have all your international insurance card numbers with you and make sure you are covered before you are in the hospital and trying to figure out how to make an international call from the hospital. 

Everyone starts to arrive in Bratislava on Feb 26th through Saturday March 1st as their schedules and flights allow. The local hashers will be putting on a trail for us Friday Feb 28th and Saturday evening March 1st. Try to roll in early on Friday if you can.

Folks will also be organizing wine tours and sight seeing trips on their own.

Sunday, March 2nd, 2025
We leave mid morning exact time TBD. The bus will pick us up near the hash hotel in Bratislava. We will travel to Jasna ski area on the motor coach for approx 4 hours.
Arriving in time to check in, relax and hopefully enjoy the spa

Hashers usually organize themselves and go ski in groups by ability and plan a place to meet for lunch. On mountain lunch is very affordable.
Plan on about 20 euros for lunch and an on mountain beer or two per day.

Lifts run from 8:30am to 4pm.  The Jasna Grande Hotel is right next to the gondola. 

Ski all day, hop on the bus and we head to Tatralandia Waterpark and party our hearts out, head back home and make it in time for dinner.
Entry to the waterpark is included, drinks, sauna, and massages are additional costs so bring your wallet. 

First beer or glass of wine at each stop is included. After that you are pay as you go.
Transportation back to the hotel is provided

Everyone will be taken to the Vienna airport, bus should arrive around noon depending on traffic and weather. You can catch your flight or check in to an airport hotel. If you take a Monday morning flight you can hash with the Vindabona Hashers in Vienna. The Vindabona hash runs on Sunday's at 2:30pm in the winter. You can check off hashing in Slovakia and Austria if you plan it right.
