Paloma's wellness journey began 17 years ago as a group exercise instructor. Paloma's vibrant personality shines through, and she finds joy in connecting with like-minded individuals who share her passion for movement and deeper relaxation. She actively encourages others to explore what brings them happiness. Paloma's ultimate goal is to support people in staying active, healthy, and happy through the transformative practices of Sound Healing, Yoga, and Fitness, and Meditation. Her favorite part of her wellness journey is meeting amazing people who have become friends, sharing her passion for wellness, and helping others be healthier and happier. Outside of her practice, Paloma loves the beach, hiking, and immersing herself in nature.
Joelle Sullivan, Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hrs
Joelle, the facilitator behind your transformative retreat experience, comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and she is excited to share with you. Joelle has been conducting leadership workshops for over 14 years, guiding individuals and groups towards personal and professional growth in her journey as a holistic wellness practitioner. In addition to her expertise in leadership and wellness, Joelle is a certified 200 hour RYT yoga teachers and proficiency in multiple yoga formats. Her yoga leadership serves as a foundation for grounding, mindfulness, and physical well-being during your retreat. As a native of Colorado, Joelle brings a deep appreciation for nature and a grounding energy to her retreats. Her connection to the environment enhances the transformative experience, making each retreat a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

•6 pm Journey of Breath and Renewal - Join us for an evening of deep restoration and transformation through restorative yoga. As the sun sets and the day gently unwinds, immerse yourself in a practice designed to heal, calm, and rejuvenate both body and soul. Guided by soothing breathwork and gentle postures, allow yourself to release tension and surrender to a state of profound relaxation. This sacred practice serves as a catalyst for inner healing and personal growth, paving the way for a transformative journey of self-discovery and renewal.
Renew Yourself in a day of harmony and healing
• 9 am Renewal Yoga - Renew your energy and vitality with a restorative yoga and meditation session. Flow through gentle hip opening postures that release tension and restore balance, followed by a guided meditation to refresh your mind and spirit.
• 10 am Workshop - An hour workshop where we look at triggers and past programming that take us out of “vacation mode” and learn to tap back into the frequency of freedom through self-awareness and breath practices.
Join us for an enlightening session as we explore how to work through imprints that shape our programming, influencing our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
• 6 pm Harmonize & Renew - During this session, skilled practitioners will guide you through a transformative sound healing experience, using resonant instruments to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Allow the healing frequencies to dissolve tension, restore balance, and promote a sense of deep relaxation and renewal
Reconnect through Yoga, Breathwork and Creativity
• 9 am Unleash your potential in a yoga flow - Cultivate creativity and inspiration through a dynamic and expressive yoga flow. Embark on a transformative journey of self-expression and creative exploration with our "Unleashing Creative Potential" yoga flow. Guided by the theme of tapping into our innate creativity, participants will embark on a playful and invigorating practice designed to awaken the imagination and ignite the senses.
• 10 am Creative Expression Workshop - Engage in a creative expression workshop, tapping into your inner wisdom and intuition through art, writing, inspired by movement. Reconnect with your authentic self and express your unique journey towards wellbeing. • 10 am Journaling for Clarity - Engage in a guided journaling session designed to cultivate clarity and insight. Reflect on your experiences thus far and set intentions for the remainder of the retreat, fostering a deeper understanding of your personal path to wellbeing.
• 6 pm - Sound Healing - Immerse in a sound healing session to deepen integration and self-discovery, using the transformative power of sound
