About Your Host
Sohailla Digsby, RD, LD, an international speaker, author, and registered dietitian, has been in the fitness industry for nearly three decades. She has authored four nutrition books and teaches in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department’s graduate program at Augusta University in Augusta, GA. As a long-time group exercise instructor and a mom of three, Sohailla is known for being a voice of reason: bringing clarity amidst the nutrition fads that abound in the health and fitness space and helping fitness enthusiasts find that sweet spot where healthy and happy meet.

• Arrive to the PLS Airport - Let your Retreat contact know when your flight arrives. We will coordinate your transfer to the resort.
