Should you need to cancel your reservation, you are required to notify Women’s Golf and Travel, LLC immediately in writing at ashlee@womensgolfandtravel.com and request written confirmation of your cancellation. Any refunds due for cancellations will be issued within 30 days of written notification.

DOMESTIC TRIP – CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations 121+ days prior to departure date: The package cost, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable vendor deposits, will be refunded.

• Cancellations 61-120 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total package cost, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

• Cancellations 0-60 days prior to departure date: No refund will be provided.

• If Women's Golf & Travel cancels the trip due to not achieving the required number of golfers, you will be notified in writing and any payments including the deposit will be refunded.
