Join us for 5 days of yoga, pilates, manifestation practices, sound healing, & breathwork in Bowen Island, British Columbia. Bowen Island is the perfect escape to rejuvenate the soul and refresh the mind. Throughout the retreat enjoy daily movement sessions, meditation, and nature immersion. Get ready to reawaken your senses and get nourished by nature.

Breathwork meditation is a powerful tool for resetting your body and mind. Working with the breath is a fast, effective way to bring healing and deeper awareness into your life. It resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins.


Sound Healing to Nurture the Nervous System:

You be be will guided through a sound journey intended to assist your nervous system in down regulating. Making space for you to feel embodied and whole all while landing in the heart space. As we harmonize to these healing frequencies within community our interconnection and intention will emit frequencies to assist the planet in the healing at this time.

We use intentional breathing to discipline the overactive mind and clear out negative energy, patterns and emotions. Students often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss


Meet Your Guides:

ALEX COOLEY
Fitness has been passion of Alex's since she began teaching in 2012. In her class, you can expect a challenging but fun workout that fires up your brain-body connection and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and motivated. With over 12 years of experience, she's trained in sculpt, barre, yoga, and breathwork. Her goal is to teach and connect with people through movement for as long as I can. Alex is an Arizona native, and currently lives in NYC.


SABRINA ROLLO
Sabrina is a transformational wellness guide and Reiki Master, blending energetic and emotional tools to help individuals reconnect with their inner truth. A lifelong dancer with an innate curiosity for movement, she holds a BA in Dance Science, which deepened her understanding of the body’s mechanics and the profound mind-body connection in recovery. Her authenticity combined with her own transformative journey through life’s challenges, enriches her holistic approach to healing. 

Certified in Breathwork, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Past Life Regression, and Therapeutic Yoga, Sabrina creates compassionate spaces for lasting transformation, empowering clients on journeys of self-discovery and growth.


CHRISTINE BORCHARD
Christine is the founder of Wildly Well Retreats. Her background is in holistic nutrition, meditation, and pilates. She is passionate about cultivating supportive communities and empowering retreat guests to dream big and live to their fullest potential.

Wildly Well was built her love for travel, passion for wellness, & deep desire for community. Today, Wildly Well brings people together from all walks of life who value nature, movement, travel, creativity, and connection. Christine here to remind you to stay bold & embrace your inner wild. It's okay to be different, that's what makes us each unique. She can't wait to meet your beautiful soul on your next adventure!
