Karibu (Welcome to) Kenya! :)

Your driver and guide will meet you at the immigration point and escort you to the Eka Hotel for the night. They will assist with your luggage and have a representative available to handle any airport issues, such as missing or damaged luggage. After checking in, enjoy dinner at the hotel and relax for the night. However, please note that dinner is not served after 10 PM.

We start the morning with a tour of Nairobi National Park, just minutes from Eka Hotel.

This short journey to the park will be in the comfort of a private tour vehicle. Upon arriving at Nairobi National Park, you'll quickly see how unique this reserve is. Within sight of the city's skyline, you can spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, and much more.

After the park tour, we will head to Karen Blixen for lunch. This visit continues the storytelling and history surrounding Karen Blixen, the famous author of "Out of Africa." The Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and Cottages is a luxury boutique hotel located on a historic site in the leafy suburb of Karen, Nairobi. It is the perfect venue to start or finish your African safari. The reception at the Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and Cottages, Ltd. is the historic Swedo House, originally a hunting lodge/farmhouse built between 1906 and 1908. It is located approximately half a mile from the Karen Blixen Museum (Bogani House from the film “Out of Africa”).

After a sumptuous lunch, we will take a 15-minute drive to our last stop for the day, Bomas of Kenya. This cultural village recreates and preserves Kenya’s traditional heritage. The village offers the chance to see reconstructed villages, watch traditional performances, check out arts and handicrafts, and try regional cuisines from all over East Africa. We will then return to the hotel for an evening of relaxation as we get ready to start our Mara adventure the next day.

We will have breakfast, Check out of the hotel and then  proceed to Masai mara national reserve. This is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya.  It is one of the most famous and important wildlife conservation and wilderness areas in Africa. Its world-wide renowned for its exceptional populations of lion, leopard, Cheetah and African bush elephant.

We will arrive, have lunch and then spend the afternoon at leisure. We will later go for an introductory game drive that evening. We will sit around a bonfire in the evening and get to know each other.

One of the best safari experiences in Africa has to be a balloon safari.  It is without a doubt a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Drifting above the plains, forests, and rivers of the Masai Mara as you take in the amazing sunrise and animals below feels like a dream come true. This will be followed by a bush breakfast and Champagne.

For those that opt out of the balloon safari, you have a choice of going for a morning game drive or sleep in and wake up just in time for breakfast. 

After breakfast we will then proceed to have a full day game drive. 

Come back later in the afternoon for relaxation and overstay at the Simba Lodges Maasai Mara.

 After check out at the Simba lodge Maasai Maasai Mara, we will  Visit to Maasai Village; delve deeper into Maasai culture with a visit to a traditional Maasai village. Immerse yourselves in the rich heritage and customs of the Maasai people as you interact with local residents and gain insight into their way of life. Participate in a lively dance performance, accompanied by rhythmic chants and vibrant attire, as you experience the warmth of Maasai hospitality firsthand.
