Internal flights are included - you will be flying back to Tanzania from Zanzibar you will book your departure flight on the 15/10/24 from Kilimanjaro in the evening/late.Do not book a morning or afternoon flight as you need enough time to fly back to Kilimanjaro airport from Zanzibar!

Cancelation Policy  Terms & Conditions

Please note that once your deposit is processed, it cannot be refunded as our vendors are paid upfront ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding. Please read carefully through our cancellation policy and message us if you have any questions or concerns.

Deposit and payment terms:  Please note that the  deposit and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Deposits must be  received within the time specified at the time of booking in order to confirm your booking. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, you may transfer the trip to someone else. Payments after the deposit will be non refundable 90 days prior to trip any cancellations before this period will  be taken into consideration and you will receive a partial refund.

Cancellation charges: 
Please note that deposits and payments are non-refundable.  In the event of a travel ban due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, disasters, war etc  retreat dates will be altered. No refunds will be granted. It is vital you book the correct travel insurance once you book the trip.

Final payment:
Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip. Please ensure this is paid to secure your space.

Vaccination: It is important upon each traveler to check the rules and regulations in regards to vaccination demands in each country. Each traveler must ensure that they meet the criteria upon entry. Please visit your health centre for guidance.

OVERNIGHT AT FOREST HILLS HOTEL 

Forest Hill Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Featuring a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests.  At the hotel, every room is equipped with a patio with a garden view. Forest Hill Hotel provides some rooms with mountain views, and the rooms include a balcony. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge.

- You will firstly meet your safari guide at the morning

- Around 8 am after breakfast, you will drive to Arusha National Park

- Enjoy a short walking safari and game drives in the park. As you embark on this journey, be prepared to walk with giraffe. Immerse yourself completely in nature and animals. Learn about the animals and the landscape in a unique way. It will be a life-changing experience you will never forget.

Walking Safari and Game Drives

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will have some time to rest and recharge before embarking on a meaningful journey to an orphanage. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet the children and offer them whatever support and resources you can provide. You can bring gifts, we will have activities planned and it's a day where you can give back to the community.

Part of our faith is to engage with the community and make a positive impact wherever we go. By spending time with the children at the Umme Aisha orphanage, we hope to bring a smile to their faces and show them that they are loved and cared for.

After a day filled with meaningful interactions and acts of kindness, you will return to the hotel feeling fulfilled and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Depart after a very early breakfast in the hotel in Arusha, we will be leaving Arusha moving on to our next stop.

Safari game at Tarangire National Park with chances of seeing lions, elephants, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, and many more. Tarangire is famous for having the biggest elephants and largest Baobab trees in Tanzania. Enjoy a lunch break and an afternoon game drive in the park. This day you will learn about the different animals and the adventure begins!

OVERNIGHT AT FARM OF DREAM LODGE 

The Lodge is located in the tourist town of Karatu on the Western south Slopes of Ngorongoro Crater at the 1,400 feet above sea level; the Lodge sits in a garden of flowers and vegetables. The property offers spectacular sweeping views of the hills and close distant to the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Eyasi, Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Park.

The warm and cosy rooms overlook the reserve and tropical gardens, the large en-suite bathrooms include WC, shower and washbasins as well as luxurious toiletries. The bedrooms open up to a terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

Early Start we will leave FARM OF DREAM LODGE. moving to our next destination.  The early morning adventure in Ngorongoro Crater offers visitors an incredible opportunity to witness the majestic Big Five in their natural habitat. The crater's unique landscape and diverse ecosystem make it one of the best places in the world to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos

With expert guides leading the way, visitors can experience the thrill of encountering these iconic animals up close and personal. As the sun rises over the crater, visitors are treated to the sight of a spectacular soda lake filled with vibrant pink flamingos

After a morning filled with excitement and adventure, visitors can relax and recharge at the Hippo Pool Picnic Site. Enjoy a delicious lunch surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, with hippos splashing in the nearby pool adding to the ambiance. On day 8 and 9 of your journey, you'll immerse yourself in the wonders of Serengeti National Park. Expect full days spent exploring the vast plains, encountering incredible wildlife, and learning from our knowledgeable guides about the animals and their natural habitat. Morning Departure

You'll have the option for an early morning game drive to catch a glimpse of Serengeti's wildlife before your flight, or you can opt for a bit more rest and relaxation before departing for Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha, you'll be transferred to the Airport Planet Lodge where you'll spend the night before continuing your adventure. Enjoy your stay with full board accommodations.
