Lulu Soni and Yia Mas are teaming up for our THIRD Greek Grace retreat. Join us for a peak Greek summer escape on Serifos, one of our favorite Cycladic islands. We'll practice movement and meditation daily, and you can expect a balance of yoga (all-levels friendly), breathwork, Greek dance, and journaling to leave you feeling aligned. This small island is rich in iron and copper, and many feel it has a special energy, perhaps related to its unique, ore-rich geological makeup.
This isn't just another yoga retreat. In addition to our programming, we'll leave time to savor the art of slow living over a coffee or rakomelo in the plateia (town square). We'll also indulge in local culture, with visits to a breathtaking local winery with one of the best sunsets in the Cyclades, our favorite vetted tavernas for the freshest food, and ample time to explore Serifos's charming chora. Unspoiled by the level of tourism on many nearby Greek islands, Serifos is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. This retreat is intended to give you what you need - we hope it leaves you feeling more joyful, inspired, and rejuvenated.
Kristina Headrick (Yia Mas) and Lulu Soni are excited to host you in Greece!
