Move mindfully. Gather for delicious family-style meals. Create intention-driven unique jewelry. Rest in a gorgeously-restored downtown hotel. All this and more in a weekend of collective retreat and revitalization in the lovely downtown Princeton, WI.
This isn't your typical yoga retreat weekend: it is an elevated slumber party with new friends, dynamic yoga practices, food and drink handcrafted with love, time for connection and introspection all in knockout beautiful spaces.
Arrive Friday evening to an opening circle in our yoga practice space followed by a family-style meal in the cozy back dining area at Horseradish Kitchen & Market which is part restaurant, part market and a total vibe. Flow with yoga on Saturday morning, catch lunch back at HRad, rest, play or explore on your own, and then make some extra-special bracelets or necklaces in the warm and lively lobby of Parlor Hotel.
"Parlor is more than a hotel. It is quiet. It is community. It is inspiration. An idyllic retreat, the environment is perfect for imagining projects, collaborating on music, sitting with a new identity, or gathering friends and family. If you’ve ever tried to do or be something different, you know how valuable it is to get outside your day-to-day life and focus. We have just the place."
Sunday morning we hit the mats again and grab a final lunch before sending you back into the wild world refueled and inspired.
Treat yourself. Bring a pal. Elevate the good through community, movement, food and creativity.

We will share a full spectrum of poses in a morning yoga practice that will be active and fluid to build tapas and warmth in the body. A long savasana with ambient music will conclude the session before enjoying some free time and lunch.
Lunch will be your choice and at your pace from the menu at Horseradish. The afternoon will be open for rest, reflection or self-guided exploration. Princeton has a variety of downtown shops to peruse, consider a walk along the river or maybe hit the cross country ski trails with Mecan River Outfitters.
Rest deeply in an afternoon yoga nidra (sleep) preceded by just the right slow and restorative movements.
Gather again for a private family-style dinner at Horseradish then Ali Kauss will lead the creation of gorgeous intention-driven bracelet and/or mala making. Using precious stones and her handmade charms you will construct one-of-a-kind talismans to support your intentions.
