Flights from Jamaica will be direct flights to Europe or  stopovers in the USA .

Travelers on a Jamaican passport will need a visa to enter Europe to facilitate this trip closes 2 months before departure. Once you have signed up and completed deposit your welcome email will include your list of required documentation for your visa application 

The visa for EUROPE Schengen visa, is processed in 15 days. The cost listed does not include the cost of the visa. The visa is 80 euros paid at the embassy on submission. Payment of visa fee must be paid in JMD $12,929.00.

CANCELATION AND REFUNDS

The price consists of the deposit and balance. The Client is officially entered by deposit payment (350 USD).  Deposits are non-refundable 

The price of services is arranged on the basis of the individual demand of the client by an agreement between the client and Happistart. If there is any change up to the 45th day prior to the trip's departure date resulting in a price increase (especially changes in the flight ticket price, accommodation price, fee, etc.); Happistart has the right to increase the price up to 40% from the original quoted price. Happistart is obliged to inform the client about this price change and contract price increase in written form.

The balance due has to be paid by a client at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the trip. 

In case there is a delay in payment, the client has to pay a fine of US $100

ALL SIGNUPS AFTER JUNE 1, 2024 will attract an additional US $350

The Client has a right to cancel the travel contract before the beginning of the journey.

If the client cancels the travel contract in a time period shorter than 30 days from the beginning of the trip, he is obliged to pay Happistart these fines:

30 - 20 days before departure 60% of the whole contract price

20-10 days before departure 75% of the whole contract price

10 - 0 days before departure 100% of the whole contract price

Cancellation fees will not be applied in these cases:

1. In case that Happistart changes terms or contract price by more than 40%

2. In case of severe illness of client (doctor document needed) or in case of death of a family member

3. In case of force major.

Attention - in case there is a cancellation from the client from the cases written above and the period is shorter than 30 days before departure, the contract price will be charged in whole amount.

· Happistart provides multiple payment options that Clients can Utilize. Any alternative payment method will attract a charge of US$45 per transaction

· All fees are subject to change until reservations are made.

• Will the budget be the same if I am traveling from outside of Jamaica? 
• NO......depending on the country you are flying from the budget will vary, select the city you are flying from to see your price. if your city is not listed please select the "NO FLIGHT" option and we will quote your flight separately
• What is meant by securing your spot? 
• Your spot is only guaranteed after you have made the deposit
• Can I join the group with my friends? 
• Yes! You and your friends can join the trip once there is space available. We allow up to groups of 5 to join our group trips, more than  5 travelers will have to book a private group trip.
• Do I need a visa? 
• If you are traveling on a Jamaican passport please see visa requirements for this trip.
• What if I don't want to travel with the group?

• Will we be visiting any country that is not on the list? 
• NO, but connections may be through another country.
• Will I need any additional Visas for this trip?
