I created The Sunday Retreat because I wanted to share the way I do Sundays—with ease, intention, and plenty of room to just be.

For me, Sunday is more than a day—it’s a way of moving through the world. It’s slow mornings, grounding walks outside, writing in my journal with a warm drink nearby. It’s putting my phone down and paying attention to what’s blooming right in front of me. It’s a deep breath, a reset, a return.

And now, I want to invite you into that rhythm with me.

This retreat takes place from Saturday to Monday, but Sunday is the heart of it all. Nestled in the mountains of Big Bear, you’ll lodge in a private, beautifully designed cabin -- surrounded by trees, stars, and stillness. I’ve carefully curated every part of the weekend so you won’t have to overthink. You only need to show up.

You’ll receive a Sunday Kit with tools and instructions on how to make this experience special.

This kit will provide you with simple, soulful practices meant to ground you in presence and reconnect you with yourself.

There will be space to hike, to journal, to rest, to laugh, to cry, to listen deeply -- to others, and to yourself. You can follow the flow or create your own. Nothing here is required and everything is offered with a Sunday kind of love.

This is for the woman who’s been longing for a pause. For quiet beauty. For soft structure and sacred spaciousness. For something that feels like true soul care.

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your space at The Sunday Retreat.

Cancellations made on or before January 31, 2025 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made up to 60 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, because of the preparation and commitments involved, no refunds can be issued within 60 days of the retreat date.

Take a journey by car to Big Bear. It's about a One and a Half Hour from Los Angeles (for reference). A straight forward drive, it gives you the opportunity to pregame for the weekend with your favorite playlist, a book or podcasts. Set the tone for the adventure that awaits. 

* There will be group communication from arrivals to departures to ensure safety for all attendees.

Check into your private cabin at 4 PM and find all the details and instructions for the next 3 days.

A day full of soft surprise and careful curation. We can't give you too many details, but just know it will be full of ease, beauty, rest, grounding, resetting, and more.

Most importantly, you will have the spaciousness to just be.

We'll depart midday on Monday feeling completely different than we did we arrived. 3 magical days will feel all too brief, but we will have made it feel full enough to last us for a while. 

Communication will continue until every attendee is safe back home.
