Day 1

Kilimanjaro coffee tour, waterfalls and Hotsprings

Mount Kilimanjaro is located a short distance Moshi and 2.5hrs from Arusha town. This starts by picking you up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha.  This tour provides a special opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of Kilimanjaro while visiting Materuni village. Nestled on the slopes of the famous mountain, exploring the village means discovering a world of tradition, history and cuisine. Enjoy a hike to spectacular local waterfalls before indulging in a traditional lunch including local banana wine and later  enjoy swimming and relaxation at Kikuletwa  hotsprings.

Mount Kilimanjaro day hike

If you don’t have time to climb to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, this 1-day hike to Cathedral Point is a great alternative. Begin your hike in the early morning alongside a private to reach Cathedral Point, which is 12,700 feet (3,870 meters) above sea level. Located on the Shira Plateau, the oldest peak of Kilimanjaro, this hike provides stunning views of the snow-capped summit.


Hike the oldest peak of Mount Kilimanjaro raised to 3962m asl. Discover unique vegetation, stunning views, vast plains of neighboring Amboseli National Park, and untouched land.  we will drive to Arusha town after the Hike.

Tarangire National Park

 After breakfast, we depart for Tarangire national park and arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, we will have a game drive where you can see giant baobab trees, rolling savannah and acacia parkland. This park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular in the dry season between June and September. It is during this period that thousands of animals- wildebeest, zebra, eland, harte beest, buffalo, and onyx migrate from the dry masai steppe to the Tarangire river in search of water while the predators such as lion, and leopards

Later afternoon we will visit a Maasai village for a cultural Experience.

Ngorongoro crater

Early morning We depart for Ngorongoro conservation area, which sits at the rim of the Ngorongoro crater. An afternoon tour of the crater follows. The game drive begins with a 600m descent to the crater floor, a magnificent natural amphitheater. Covering 260 sq. km, the crater is an attraction in its own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world. The crater supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife and you can easily spot lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and other species of plain animals. later afternoon We will drive to Serengeti for Overnight.

Serengeti National Park

Full day game drive at Serengeti National Park, home to more than 35 species of animals such as zebra, wildebeest, eland, giraffe, among many others.

The park is the staging zone for one the most spectacular events in the world- the annual migration of wildebeest. This commences around June where over 1 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head for the masai mara in Kenya in search of greener pasture. They are followed closely by the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. The Serengeti also has over 500 species of birds.

Morning Game drives in Serengeti, Then in afternoon we depart to karatu town via Olduvai gorge. This is the prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey discovered the remains of homo habilis, which is regarded as mankind’s first path of human evolution.

Hadzabe tribal tour

 

The Hadzabe tribe the smallest tribe in Tanzania, which are mainly found in the Northern Central of Tanzania in Arusha and Manyara regions, The Hadza People/Hadzabe tribe are the Hunters Gatherers by which the men are the hunters by using the hand-made bow and arrows, While the  women are the gatherers as well as they dig some roots and tubers,

They mainly hunt animals for their own food, and they hunt different animals from like Baboons, monkeys, antelopes, Jackals, foxes, birds and other small animals like squirrels, bush babies etc.

Sometimes, people are calling them, The Bushmen, because are the only people who are living in the Bush as their ancestors did in thousands of years ago,

The Hadza People or the Hadzabe Tribe speak the Click language which is one of an Oldest language in the world too,

Historically are not known exactly where have they originated, but it believed that is one of an Oldest Tribe in Tanzania,

These people are always in a small group of not sometimes less than 10 or more than 70 people, that helps them to feed themselves when they get something to eat. Later evening we will drive back to Arusha at your Hotel.
