Join me on the retreat of a lifetime in Malinaclo.
Set on a powerful energy vortex, the Malinaclo is considered to be the feminine energy portal of Mexico and is a sacred destination for cleansing and rejuvenation. Spirituality is deeply intertwined in the way of life here and in the mountains together we will immerse in daily ritual to reconnect to the cosmology medicine of nature, fire, water, mineral and earth.
Malinalco is considered to be the location of one of three main points of energy in Mexico and is widely know as a portal for creative feminine energy. We will arrive following the same route taken by ancient warriors, by way of Chalma, who came to Malinalco to engage in important spiritual work. Malinalco is known to have a unique energy unlike anywhere else.
Each day there will be a ritual and a ceremony channeled to align with the Dagara wisdom of the retreat as well as integrate the medicine of fire, water, mineral, earth and nature that will help us recognize and explore a deeper understanding of how the impact our ancestral lineage and cultural upbringing has shaped our perceptions and relationship to our powerful feminine energy.
Together we will explore our gifts to the world through various ceremonies and rituals that include a Temazcal ceremony and guided Aztec Temple tour.

In our daily meditation you will be guided in meditation with a reflective journaling session to follow.
Ritual plays an integral role in maintaining community, self discovery, mastery, and establishing a deeper connection to our ancestors. Ritual allows us to connect with the self, and community.
You will be guided through workshops teaching you fundamental spiritual practices for your daily care.
Ceremony is a practice in which we call spirit to be the driving force and overseer of our activities. It is a way for us to find wholeness, peace, self-acceptance, and acceptance of others.
During the retreat there will be time to tune into your own energy blueprint in a nurturing natural paradise.
Ground transportation to and from Mexico City airport at scheduled times.
We will explore the magical mountain town of Malinalco.
We will visit the Aztec Pyramid Temple to do a group ceremony and partake in a indigenous sweat lodge.
International flights to and from Mexico City is not included.

This day is focused on becoming, rebirth and awakening. Together we will embark on a day of ritual and ceremony to awaken your healer within. We will explore wounds and energies holding you back from embodying the most authentic version of you. Through interactive rituals, we will educate you on tapping into your own medicine to cleanse, nurture and return to self.
We will be very active this day, so it is important to stay hydrated and prepare your mind, body and spirit to be in spiritual space for a full day.
