With a balance of exploration and relaxation, Lana and Chelsea welcome you to the jungle! Answer the call to the wild with as we visit massive waterfalls, soak in thermal pools and dip our feet in the salty sea. Chelsea Gressman and Lana Day will provide all the transportation as soon as you land in Costa Rica and take you on a tour of the coastline.
To and from Liberia Airport
We will arrange your airport pick up. The first night we will have a meet and greet in the hotel lobby.
Wake up to a typical Costa Rican breakfast with a large variety of fruits, juices and delicious local options. We will spend the day hiking to several different waterfalls, all of the trails are accessible to those with a moderate fitness level.
Enjoy a second morning with the delicious authentic Costa Rican breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fruits, juices and protein options. We will start the day off soaking in natural hot springs. Soak in the minerals by giving yourself a head to toe mud bath, leaving your skin feeling fresh and smooth.
After soaking in the morning we will travel to the coast in a sprinter van to the wellness Mecca of Costa Rica, Nosara
Get to know the artisans and the makers of Nosara at this chic and local farers market, where you can find locally made treasures and trinkets. There is a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as locally made treats.
Just steps away we will walk to the beach for sunset, a local ritual.
Enjoy the day off, you can book a local activity like surfing, kayaking, zip lining or horseback riding. Or treat yourself to a spa service and spend the day relaxing!
Indulge in this hot and cold therapy as we work up a sweat with an invigorating yoga class followed by a cold plunge. We will spend the rest of the day lounging pool side until it is time for sunset at the beach.
Our last night together we will come together with a bonfire on the beach.
