Here's how to join the waitlist:

1. Select the desired room type and occupancy from the list & then click Book to enter your contact info.

2. Use the NOTE section for comments or to let us know who you are traveling with (ie. Jay's Bachelor party or Jane's Birthday).

3. Add trips [AT] thetravelbugvacations [DOT] com to your email address book OR safe-senders list. Don't miss the notifications.

Tentative Itinerary:

• Day 1: Arrive in St. Lucia. Explore the resort and get your bearings. 

• Day 2: Optional Excursions TBD (not included in price)

• Day 3: Free day

• Day 4: It's Carnival!  Parade Day

  • Head down to the parade route early if you're joining a band. Ask us about joining a band once booked, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction. 

  • Transportation is not included to/from the parade. However, if there's a large group, we may be able to help you arrange transportation.

• Day 5: Check out and return to the airport for your flight home. All good things must come to an end.

Cancellation policy:

All requests for changes and cancellations are subject to a service fee AND must be sent to The Travel Bug Vacations in writing via e-mail. Please be sure you and your roommate can pay for all expenses and have PTO to avoid extra costs! All bookings include a non-refundable administration fee, which will be processed separately from the vendor.   

• Change fee: $50/person

• Cancellation fee: $100/person

• Late or missed payments may result in your booking being canceled. There is a $100 reinstatement fee if your reservation is canceled, based on room availability at that time. The best thing to do is contact us as early as possible so that we can assist you with an alternate payment option or other suggestions.

Payment Schedule:

• Final payments are due by 5 PM EST on May 1, 2026.

• You may make payments monthly or at your leisure. However, at least ONE payment must be made every 90 days.

• Payments must be a minimum of $100 to be processed.

• You will receive a receipt once we process the payments (manually), so please allow 1-2 business days.

Notes:

• Booking Your Own Flight? Flight details should be sent to us by the final payment date, so that we can arrange your round-trip ground transportation.

• There is a minimum mandatory Tourism Levy Fee of $6 USD per person per night for all guests. The Tourism Levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the resort.

• We'll keep you updated as the trip gets closer. Don't miss our e-mails -- Be sure to save our e-mail address to your address book!

• Travel documents that include air are sent via e-mail approximately 21 days before travel. Upon final payment, Land-only travel documents will be sent via email within 7 days.
