Your organization will be making a $500 donation per group member AFTER registration. That amount will be deducted from future payments.

The MAIN CONSIDERATION for purchasing this coverage is cancellation protection for an individual up to 72 hours prior to departure.

The NAC POST-DEPARTURE coverage that MCT purchases on behalf of all travelers begins when first flight is scheduled to depart and ends when last flight returns to Charlotte.
