We are excited to partner with the SC Singing Churchmen on your ministry tour in Spain.  


The tour is based on a minimum of 25 total travelers.

PAYMENTS

Travelers may choose to pay one of 2 ways:

ACH: Use your bank account with no extra charges

Credit Card: The card fee will be added at checkout.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Your organization will be making a $500 donation per group member AFTER registration.  That amount will be deducted from future payments.  


REGISTRATION & PER PERSON DEPOSIT:  AUGUST 28, 2025

PAYMENT 2 (called payment 1 in WeTravel):  THURSDAY,  SEPTEMBER 25, 2025

     * $450 -- Per person for Double Occupancy

     * $600 -- Per person for Single Occupancy

     * Optional travel protection premium due

     * $400 + Shared costs + non-refundable deposits are non-refundable


PAYMENT 3-5 (called payment 2-4 in WeTravel)

     * $450 each payment, Double Occupancy

    *  $600 each payment, Double Occupancy

     * $400 + Shared costs + non-refundable deposits are non-refundable


FINAL PAYMENT:  THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2026

     * $429 for Double Occupancy

     * $569 for Single Occupancy

     * 100% non-refundable

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Mission City Travel Cancellation Policy is found in the Terms & Conditions. Link is included at the end of registration.

Individual Cancellations

  • Prior to the second payment due date (named 1st Payment in WeTravel)
    • All payments are refundable minus payments to a supplier on your behalf that are non-refundable
  • After Second  Payment due date (named 1st Payment in WeTravel) to Final payment due date
    • The entire per-person deposit is non-refundable
    • Shared costs are non-refundable so that remaining travelers are not penalized by an individual’s cancellation
    • Any payments to suppliers on your behalf that are non-refundable to MCT are non-refundable to the individual
  • After Final Payment due date 
    • All payments are non-refundable

OPTIONAL GROUP ADVANTAGE PLUS ADD-ONS

THERE ARE ADD-ON OPTIONS FOR TRAVEL PROTECTION BASED ON PACKAGE CHOICE & AGE

The MAIN CONSIDERATION for purchasing this coverage is cancellation protection for an individual up to 72 hours prior to departure.

The NAC POST-DEPARTURE coverage that MCT purchases on behalf of all travelers begins when first flight is scheduled to depart and ends when last flight returns to Charlotte.

    *  April 23: AA #748 CLT/MAD 3:40 PM departure;  5:30 AM arrival on April 24

    *  April 30:  AA #749 MAD/CLT 1:00 PM departure;  3:55 PM arrival


*  Day 1

    *  ½-day motorcoach charter with step-on guide for Madrid city tour

    *  Hotel check-in

    *  Welcome dinner


*  Day 2-6

     *  Itinerary set by IMB

    *  Motorcoach transfers (12 one-way transfers included)

    *  Day 6:  Farewell Dinner included


*  Day 7

    *  Motorcoach charter for airport transfer
