About your trip

Join Rima Sophia and guest teacher Carl Grant for a special yoga retreat nestled in the Mojave. This curated experience offers the perfect balance of structured practice and free-flowing relaxation in one of nature’s most beautiful settings. Start your day with a strong vinyasa practice, nourish your body with freshly prepared meals, and spend your afternoons enjoying the on-site amenities or exploring the surrounding desert landscape. As evening approaches, unwind with a gentle yoga session followed by a group dinner, with time afterward to relax under the clear desert night sky. Rima Sophia has been teaching yoga for over 22 years and brings her expertise as a Physical Therapist Assistant to create a holistic experience that supports balance, health and renewal.  Carl Grant was trained in the LYT Yoga Method, the only style of yoga developed by a physical therapist! The goal of LYT Yoga is to build strong and sustainable movement patterns that improve core strength and joint mobility leaving you feeling empowered to move well throughout your lifespan.
