Six days to step away from the noise and return to what matters. To clear space in your mind, reconnect with your body, and feel more steady in who you are. Not by pushing harder, but by listening, reflecting, and moving forward with more clarity and trust.
Through yoga, breathwork, personal growth sessions, and shared experiences, you will be supported in reconnecting with your true self while building real connections with others along the way.
Wake up to ocean air and soft mornings.
Begin each day with movement and breath as the sun rises, grounding into your body and setting intentions for the day ahead. Enjoy a nourishing breakfast made with care, whilst sharing meaningful conversations with like-minded people. Take time to rest or explore Sayulita, and enjoy afternoons that leave room for spontaneity and ease. How about trying a surf lesson?
We will gather for meaningful practices, including a traditional temazcal ceremony, time in nature, and evenings of reflection and connection, with one night gathered around a beach bonfire by the ocean. Breathwork will be a central part of the experience, offering space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and explore different ways of working with the breath.
Expect barefoot walks, salty air, meaningful conversations, and moments that remind you what it feels like to come home to yourself and reconnect with nature.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about listening more closely to what is already there.

Daily Yoga Practice
Renée can’t wait to see you back on the mat. Together we’ll find that sweet balance between effort and ease, starting the day with an active practice to wake up your body and ending it with slower, more restorative movement to ground you again. It’s never about perfection, it’s about presence. About taking a moment to really check in with yourself, and meet your body where it is.
Transformative Breathwork Journeys
Breathwork will be a central part of the retreat. These guided sessions are designed to support the nervous system, release tension held in the body, and help you feel more settled and present.
Dani will guide you through simple, intentional breath practices that you can return to in daily life. Each session offers space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a steady, grounded way.
Space to Simply Be
Being present isn’t always stillness. Sometimes it’s laughing over breakfast, wandering barefoot through town, or walking straight to the beach just because you can.
There will be space for quiet moments too. Watching the sun set, feeling the warmth on your skin, sharing stories, or doing absolutely nothing at all. No pressure, no screens, no rush. Just real moments, as they come.
Personal Growth and Breath Workshops
Together we’ll explore what helps your nervous system feel safe and steady, how to protect your energy, and how to set boundaries without guilt. We’ll talk about simple rituals that actually fit into real life.
This is not about building a perfect routine. It’s about finding what works for you, and the small shifts that help you stay aligned even when life gets loud again.
Pre-Retreat Reflection
A few guided prompts to help you pause and reflect before arriving.
You’ll receive a short set of journal prompts to help you check in with yourself and arrive feeling more present and grounded.
Post-Retreat Integration Session
After returning home, you’ll be invited to a personal integration session. This is a space to reflect on what stayed with you after the retreat and how to bring parts of the experience into daily life. We’ll look at what feels supportive, what feels challenging, and what you want to keep in a realistic way.
This session is about support, not pressure. It’s there to help you transition back into everyday life feeling steadier and more grounded.
