Join us for a 6 day transformational retreat right on the incredible Yal Ku lagoon of Akumal, Mexico. During our time together you'll get the opportunity to relax and recover, start on healthy long-term habits, and put a plan in place to make major shifts in your life following the retreat.
This experience includes chef-prepared fresh meals, daily yoga and meditation, and workshops to help you reconnect with yourself and build community with other powerful like-minded women.
You'll also get to experience the best of the Riviera Maya - located centrally between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen, you'll have time to experience the best cenotes, beaches, Mayan ruins, and we'll also experience a sacred cacao ceremony as a group. If you'd rather lounge at our gorgeous villa than explore you can use our private entrance to the Yal Ku lagoon to swim, snorkel, or kayak.
5 night stay at a private villa with 2 pools and jacuzzi
2 healthy, private chef prepared meals per day. Vegetarian and vegan diets will be accomodated.
We'll start our mornings with daily yoga and meditation classes to start the day grounded.
Sound baths are an ultimate relaxation practice, helping to soothe the nervous system. We'll have a private sound bath as a group.

Cacao ceremonies are an indigenous ritual designed to open the heart. We'll experience our own ceremony as a group.
Group transportation to and from Cancun (CUN) airport for those arriving and departing at designated times.
We'll have 2 group workshops that help us identify the changes we want to make in our lives, and push through the barriers to get there.
You'll be responsible for booking your own flight to Cancun
Purchasing travel insurance with flight cancellation and medical coverage is required for this trip. Protect yourself in case of emergencies!
You will have free time to visit Akumal Bay Beach, and a free day in Playa Del Carmen. Costs during your free time are not included
