Join us on an invigorating Dance Fitness Retreat in Kenya & Tanzania combining the vibrant city, Culture, community and wildlife of Nairobi with the serene island vibes of Zanzibar, Tanzania.


Begin your retreat in Nairobi, where you’ll immerse yourself in daily high-energy dance fitness sessions led by professional local instructors. Engage in a mix of African dance styles and cardio workouts, all set to uplifting beats. In between sessions, explore Nairobi’s highlights, the Giraffe Centre, the cultural Bomas and give back to the community. Enjoy healthy, nutritious meals and take in the natural beauty of Karura Forest with a chance to to zipling, archery and horseback riding


Next you will fly to the stunning island of Zanzibar and mainland of dar es Salaam for the second half of the retreat. Here, your dance fitness sessions will take place on the beach, combining fun workouts with breathtaking ocean views. Explore Stone Town, visit the traditional Maasai Tribe and experience a traditional spice tour and more. Relax with a sunset yacht cruise and indulge in refreshing local cuisine. Conclude your journey with a final dance session on the beach in both Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam leaving you revitalized in both body and mind.

Day Activity: Arrive in Nairobi, Check in + Relax at the hotel

Wildlife Dance and Culture

8:00am-8:30am Kukuwa Dance Workout

8:45am-10:00am Breakfast, Free Morning

11:30am - 1:00pm Giraffe Center - A visit to the Giraffe Centre

directly supports the conservation of endangered Rothschild

Giraffe, and is a great way to meet Africa's tallest mammal up

close. Don't forget to feed the giraffes with your bare hands or

kiss one. Plus visit the Kobe Tough women beading project.

1:00pm -3:00pm Lunch at the Java restaurant galleria mall,

followed by a cultural dance performance at Masai collection

centre. Return to hotel.

7:30pm and on Dinner at Amaica restaurant -authentic, and

generous dining experience in the spirit of true African

hospitality and/ or Night out in town.

9:00am-11:00am: Join us for an electrifying dance-fitness experience

where vibrant Afro beats meet high-energy moves! Sweat, groove, and

vibe with fitness gurus and fellow curious travelers as you immerse

yourself in the rhythms of Africa. No dance experience needed—just

come ready to move your boombsey and have a blast!

GIVING BACK EVENING - Meet the Children

1:00pm-3:00pm: Visit Mathare Slum Children

The Mathare Slum Children, was founded by musician Moseh,

who also grew up in the same low income neighborhood

pursuing his love for music and creative expression. These

children also have similar passions but don’t have the means

to get basic necessities. With his help we are able to get the

children food, clothing, and new dance uniforms for their

dance performances. Also a studio space for their rehearsals

and educational resource support.

Activities while at the Center: Meet and greet the children,

watch their curated performance, connect + give out school

supplies + donations.

4:00pm: Return back to Trademark Hotel to rest

8:00pm - Dinner and Optional outing

impoverished African communities through the youth, with a

focus on education.

Forest Adventure or Tea Farm

8:30am Kick off your day with a hearty breakfast before heading

to The Forest-Kereita for an adrenaline-pumping ziplining

adventure and a scenic nature walk to the stunning Kereita Falls!

12:00pm-1:00pm Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch surrounded

by breathtaking views.

4:00pm- After the adventure, unwind back at Four Points by

Sheraton with dinner and optional nightlife.

Nairobi National Park Full Day Safari Game Drive

6:30am-9:30am Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at

Nairobi National Park—where wildlife roams against the backdrop

of city skyscrapers! Spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more on an epic

safari just minutes from the city center. It’s the ultimate urban

wilderness experience!

9:30am-10:30am Picnic Breakfast in the bush

11:00am - 12:00pm Elephant Sanctuary- Pioneers in the rescue

and hand-raising of orphaned baby elephants and rhinos, through

to their reintegration to the wild when grown.

1:30pm Return to Hotel to rest + Free time

transfer + Arrive to check in + relax.

SUN, SEA, AND SIZZLE: TO NAKUPENDA ISLAND!

8:00am-9:00am: Morning workout + Breakfast at the hotel

10:00am-1:00pm Dive into the rich history of Stone Town with a guided

walking tour and some shopping for unique treasures.

3:30pm -6:30pm - Transfer to hop on a Dhow boat to head to the

disappearing Island. Take a swim, or relax and enjoy, followed by a

freshly made seafood lunch. Sunset Cruise back to the shore while

watching the glorious Zanzibar sunset.

7:00pm Return for a free evening in Stone Town.

Arrive to head over for brunch then visit the village museum for village

tour, traditional dance and drum session, held to the hotel to check in +
