Reach Verona and we’ll transfer you up North, among the Alps! The first two overnights will be in Ora, a small village among apple trees and vineyards. The first ride takes you to Bolzano, a city where Italian and Austrian cultures, language and food coexist and to Caldaro, a shining lake surrounded by mountains. The route runs then along Adige river on a safe and well signposted bike path. After a passage by the beautiful city of Trento, you’ll reach the Northern side of Lake Garda, a paradise for biking and water sports. You’ll spend two days there, the rides are spectacular! Then, after a slow and panoramic ferry to the Southern side of Lake Garda, ride to the romantic Verona, the final destination of this tour. The very last ride explores Valpolicella countryside, be ready to drink some great wines!

Overnight in Ora.

The route goes up to Caldaro lake area, among bright green vineyards, and then down to Bolzano, following an old railway line converted into a bike path. Bolzano is a city rich in history, influenced by Germanic culture and surrounded by the Alps. Take some time to visit Piazza Walther and the narrow central alleys, or visit the museum where the Otzi mummy is kept.

Second overnight in Ora.

The bike itinerary goes South along the verdant Adige valley and crosses immense fields planted with apple trees and vineyards. Along the way, the village of Egna, an ancient market town with beautiful streets flanked by arcades, deserves a visit. Finally you’ll arrive in Trento, a city where history and modernity coexist perfectly. Overnight in Trento.

The itinerary keeps following the bike path that flanks the river, heading South: the valley is spotted with many medieval castles. The route passes by Rovereto (If you have booked the Food&Wine experiences, stop at a historical coffee producer), and goes West towards Lake Garda. What a great view right above Torbole!

Overnight in Torbole.

Torbole and Riva del Garda are located in a beautiful position in the Northern corner of Lake Garda among green mountains (Monte Baldo, Monte Altissimo, Stivo and Misone) and by River Sarca, one of the main tributaries of Lake Garda. 

Today we'll ride by its waters and discover the green plain Northern of Riva and Torbole.

Second overnight in Torbole.

Hop on a ferry and reach Garda! The cruise is slow and scenic, bring a book with you, and sun cream. Back on the bikes, after some kilometers by the lake shore, you’ll reach a canal and ride to Verona. 

Overnight in Verona.

In this tour we explore the classic area of production of Valpolicella wine. We leave the city behind and we follow country roads through the vineyards, passing close to ancient rural house and elegant Venetian Villas: some of them are nowadays prestigious wineries and the visit of one of them is a great wine and cultural experience. We cycle back to Verona following the river Adige.
