This trip includes daily exploration of the local lands. Each day you will be given time for self exploration or group excursions.
All meals will be provided by a private chef that uses locally sourced fruits and veggies. All meals will be fresh with some meat options. Special dietary requests are honored.
Travel from the Limon airport to the retreat center will be covered. All travel plans will be arranged in advance.
Travel from the retreat to the airport will not be covered but can be arranged beforehand.
Flights are not included in the retreat price. You must buy a flight into San Jose (SJO) and an additional flight to Limon (LIO) Approx $100. More information on flights in the welcome email.
Trip insurance is available for purchase at additional costs. Insurance is not mandatory but is recommended since the trip in non-refundable.
Transportation outside of scheduled times from the airport. Additional excursions and activities you would like to do while here.
Any additional treatments or body work are not included outside of daily coursework.
If you get sick or require medical care of any nature while on this trip it will not be covered.

Begin your day with beautiful yoga class followed by a delicious locally sourced breakfast, as the group gathers to set intentions for the day ahead.

Then off to immerse yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica's lush jungle as you soar through the treetops on an exhilarating zip-lining adventure. Face your fears and build confidence as you glide from platform to platform, taking in breathtaking views and bonding with your fellow retreat participants. This will be a power packed adventure! Allow us to motivate you to dig deep and take the plunge into forward motion.
After the adrenaline-pumping zip-lining experience, take a moment to cool down and reflect on the day's activities. Share your insights and achievements with the group as you continue to build connections and foster personal growth.
Returning back for lunch, relaxation, beach exploration and an evening energy process and a powerful group meditation.
Embrace the spirit of adventure and personal transformation on Day 2 of the retreat, as you conquer your fears through energy work and an unforgettable zip-lining experience in the beautiful Costa Rican jungle.
On Day 3 of the retreat, you will delve deeper into the power of embracing change and cultivating resilience as you explore energy work techniques to navigate life's challenges with grace and ease.
Begin the day with an option yoga class, followed by breakfast and some powerful energy processes. This day will be dedicated to fostering a mindset of adaptability and growth, using energy work as a means to ease the transition through difficult periods. All meals will be provided throughout the day.
In addition, you will enjoy a rejuvenating beach trip that will allow you to immerse yourself in the calming embrace of nature. As the waves gently wash ashore, let them symbolize the ebb and flow of life, reminding you of your inherent strength to persevere and adapt. This harmonious day of inner growth and relaxation will provide you with the tools and perspective needed to face life's ups and downs with a renewed sense of self and a deepened connection to your energy.
Plus some free time to explore the area, do some shopping in town or just rest at the pool.
On Day 4 of the retreat, we begin with option yoga practice followed by an early morning breakfast.
Then we will immerse ourselves in the healing energies of the jungle dedicated to receiving from its vast, revitalizing expansiveness. Absorb the rejuvenating qualities of the jungle and establish a deep connection with this powerful element. Learning how having allowance for all of life can open our eyes to deeper knowing.
Following this invigorating experience, embark on the town with fellow retreat participants to explore local shops, eat lunch and or head back to the retreat center, the choice is yours!
In the evening we will meet once again in the classroom space for some energy work, powerful guidance, and meditation.
Day 4 offers an unforgettable blend of energy work, natural beauty, and immersive experiences, further enriching your retreat journey.
On Day 5 of the retreat, dedicate yourself to fully embracing and integrating the new frequency and vibration you've cultivated through the transformative energy work sessions.
Today, we will focus on nurturing our bodies and minds as we harmonize with these elevated energies. Eat yummy foods. Embark on new levels of awareness that will connect you with a deeper understanding of yourself and the limitations your ready to release.
Today we will engage in mindful activities, meditation, and journaling, as you reflect on your experiences and personal growth. Allow yourself to fully absorb the essence of your surroundings and the newfound vibrancy within yourself. This day of self-care, reflection, and self discovery will further solidify the lasting benefits of your energy work, enhancing your overall retreat experience and supporting your continued journey towards wellness and self-discovery.
On Day 6 of the retreat, prepare for a day filled with magic! This day will be full of life enriching experiences including morning yoga, visiting a Costa Rican Native tribe the Bribri, a cacao ceremony and so much more!
Together with our tour guide, we will explore their native land and learn how this tribe lives. We will experience the vast lands and attend a cacao ceremony. Not only will you get to participate but also taste test the yummy cacao alone, on fruit and in a yummy tea. Then you will get to experience a traditional Bribri meal home cooked by the natives.
Once our experience comes to an end we will explore a local waterfall for some fun, where the cascading waters symbolize the continuous flow of energy, rejuvenation, and transformation. Absorb the soothing sounds and vibrant energy of these natural wonders as you allow the cascading waters to flow over you.
As the sun begins to set, gather with your fellow retreat participants for a heartfelt and empowering night meditation. We will also reflect on the growth, connections, and experiences you've shared throughout this transformative journey, and express gratitude for the wisdom and insights gained. This meaningful ceremony will serve as a poignant reminder of the journey you have taken and the lasting impact it has on your life moving forward. With renewed energy and a deeper understanding of your true self, embrace the night's magic as you bid farewell to a truly life-changing experience.
Day seven will include breakfast, a closing ceremony and a sharing of friendship. Today we will depart mid morning but not before we share gratitude, friendship and empowerment.
This day will solidify your change and give you new ways to connect with yourself and others. As we prepare to go home we will embrace our new spaces and set our goals for forward motion.
Retreat check out will be 11am. We will arrange for departure prior to retreat ending. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here! Shuttle to the airport for your travel can be arranged but is not covered at this juncture. All home travel will be the participants responsibility.
