Run some of the SW Coast Path’s best routes with a top GB UK trail runner, get to grips with your open water swimming technique and learn yoga from our experienced instructor and nutrition and healthy cooking tips from our catering team.
Our yoga and running retreats are chosen for their stunning locations and this one is in a league of its own. Perched atop the cliffs overlooking Gara Rocks near East Portlemouth in Devon, the High Nature Centre occupies an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Nestled between sandy beaches, Salcombe and East Prawle right next to the South West Coast Path, this retreat offers breathtaking views, inspiring running routes, hand grown produce and communal meals, hot showers and if you really want, a spa which is less than 400 metres away.
All running and swimming abilities are welcome and each run is tailored around your individual needs, as faster runners can regroup and get their kicks in, while slower and less experienced runners are also welcome.
