This six-day Enduro Raid with four days of riding takes us on varied routes over the Carpathian Mountains from Sibiu to the Iron Gate of the Danube River near Timisoara. We spend the nights in typical guest houses and ride on forest roads and tracks suitable for Enduro. A highlight beside the mountain landscape is the boat trip on the Danube River through the Iron Gate..
The daily stages are between 120 and 140 km long. The level of difficulty is tailored to beautiful and relaxed enduro riding crossing the Carpathian Mountains. The tour is structured in such a way that we don't start too early in the morning and reach the midday point after about 3 hours and then the hotel in another three hours. We have enough time for lunch and a cozy get-together in the hotel in the evening to enjoy the tour.

During almost all the trip we have good mobile network coverage. The Romanian rescue system is on an international level.

You organize your arrival and departure yourself.
You fly to Sibiu Airport, from where we pick you up at the gate and bring you to the hotel in the center (10 min. drive). Welcome by the tour manager, briefing on the tour and collection of the rental bikes. Evening free.
On the first day of riding, we start from the hotel direction to the high Carpathian Mountains reaching the Lake of Oasa where we stay over night. On this day we cover over 120 km of riding in valley and on mountain ridges. Evening free.
On the second day of the tour we ride on mountain ridges and into deep valleys. We will comer around 100 km trail riding and stay in a typical mountain hotel. Evening free.
The third day takes us on a phantastic ride deep into the Capathian Mountains.This stage has a length of 105 km. Evening free.
The fifth and final day of the raid takes us to our final destination, the Iron Gate of the Danube. Overnight in the city of Orsova after a 100 km ride Debriefing and good by by the tour manager. Evening free.
Those who's travel allows will have a morning boat trip through the Iron Gate before they depart. Nearest airport (60 km) is Timisoara. There will be a shuttle included at 1 pm. Leaving Romania.
