Berlin Package: 5 Day / 4 Night stay at the luxurious Hotel Palace Berlin. 

*Bed options include two twin beds only. Packages can be purchased by anyone, any citizenship.

**Bibs available only in conjunction with package purchase. One per guest, for US residents only per tour operator agreements. Bibs are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

PAYMENT DETAILS - A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot, or pay in full.  Race entry is also due at time of booking.

June 17, 2024 – 50% of the total remaining balance is due (not including any non-refundable deposits). 

July 8, 2024 – 100% of the total original balance is due (not including any non-refundable deposits). 

Refund Policy

May 29, 2024 (120 days before trip) – Last day to request refund (25% of amount paid minus non-refundable deposit). 

May 30, 2024 through June 27, 2024 – Eligible to request a credit toward a future event (25% of amount paid minus non-refundable deposit).

June 28, 2024 (90 days before trip) – no refunds or credits. We strongly encourage you acquire travel insurance. Please refer to our Travel Insurance Tab on our website for additional information.
*All packages have a $1,000 non-refundable deposit due upon completing your reservation. Then you can choose to pay the remainder of your trip in full or enroll in auto-payments. 
*Pricing is the same for both runners and non-runner guests.
*Children aged five (5) and younger may stay free with a paying adult, as occupancy permits. Please contact us directly before booking with children to ensure occupancy availability.
*DM reserves the right to increase pricing to reflect current market conditions.
*Guests receive all the same guest perks as the payor. All guests (including children) must be registered at checkout to ensure DM has knowledge of who is in the room in case of emergency and so all paid guests have access to the package perks. The additional guest rate is for the entire stay.
*Running is a sport that may cause injury during training. Injuries do not exempt you from the cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance. Please see our Travel Insurance information at the bottom of this page.
