- $300 non-refundable deposit per package, or pay in full at time of booking to receive a $100 reimbursement!
PAYMENT DEADLINES
Monday, December 18, 2023 (120 days before trip )
-50% of the remaining balance is due
- Last day to request a partial refund in writing (50% of balance paid minus non-refundable deposit)
Friday, January 12, 2024 (90 days before trip)
- 100% of the remaining balance is due
- Last day to request a partial credit in writing (25% of balance paid minus non-refundable deposit to be applied to another booking made within 12 months of cancellation)
- Refund requests made January 13, 2024 or later will not be refunded or credited.
IMPORTANT NOTES
*This package does not include a race entry. Runners must procure their own bib through the race, charity, or other options.
