Continue to Nazareth, the town of Mary's home, including visits to Mary’s Well and St. Joseph’s Church, with Mass at the Basilica of the Annunciation (subject to confirmation), where the Word became flesh at the moment of the Annunciation.
Stop at Mt. Precipice, with view of Jezreel Valley, the point from which angry crowds wanted to throw Jesus after His preaching in the Nazareth synagogue.
Walk parts of the Gospel Trail, the road Jesus would have walked numerous times between Nazareth and Capernaum, and visit Arbel Cliffs and the Valley of the Doves.
End the day in Magdala (entrance included), home of St. Mary Magdalene.
Enjoy a special Welcome DInner at Magdalena Restaurant (or similar) in Tiberias, with a choice of wine, beer, or soda.

Celebrate Mass at the Mount of Beatitudes.
Travel north to visit Caesarea Philippi , where Peter professes Jesus is the Son of God, and see the high place of the "gates of hell" - Hades.
Taste St. Peter fish for lunch at the Hermitage.
Visit Capernaum, where Jesus began His Galilean ministry, and explore the synague dating to the time of Christ, and see the house of Peter.
Visit the Church of the Primacy of Peter along the shores, where Jesus met with His Apostles after the Resurrection and told Peter to "feed My sheep."
See the Church of the Multiplication commemorating where Jesus fed the crown of 5000.
Enjoy a boat ride (included) on the Sea of Galilee and visit the "Jesus Boat" at the Ancient Boat Museum (entrance included).
Wine tasting at the St. Urban Wine Bar at the Scots Hotel (wine tasting with cheese platter, focaccia, and dips) (included).

After breakfast we visit Mount Tabor,
Ascend Mount Tabor to the Church of the Transfiguration (taxi up/down included). Continue to Haifa to visit Stella Maris Monastery atop Mount Carmel, and to celebrate Mass.
Explore the sea, ruins, and salty air of Caesarea Maritima, the ancient harbor from which St. Paul set off to spread the Good News. Enjoy lunch on your own before departing for Bethlehem.
Enjoy a Genesis Welcome before arriving in Bethlehem and settling into our hotel.
Tonight dinner will be at a local restaurant in Bethlehem with folklore show (included)

Visit Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity, including the Grotto of the Nativity, the birthplace of Christ. Beneath the altar, a 14-point star makes the exact spot, surrounded by the inscription in Latin: Here Jesus was born to the Virgin Mary.
Celebrate Mass (subject to confirmation).
Visit St. Jerome’s Grotto and the Milk Grotto.
Travel to Shepherd’s Field and Grotto, followed by a relaxing lunch in Bethlehem.
The last visit of the day is the Carmelite Monastery to venerate the relics of St. Mariam Baouardy, the Lily of Palestine, canonized by Pope Francis in 2015.

Following breakfast, we proceed to the Mount of Olives.
Visit the Ascension Chapel (entrance included), and the Church of Pater Noster (entrance included), where Jesus taught the Our Father.
Walk along the Palm Sunday route, with a stop at Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem.
Continue along with the Jewish cemetery with a view of the Eastern Gate.
Quiet time in the Garden of Gethsemane (also know as the Garden of the Betrayal), where tradition places the betrayal of Jesus by Judas.
Walk to the Church of All Nations, also known as the Basilica of the Agony, for with Mass (subject to confirmation).
Following lunch as a local restaurant (included), visit the Israel Museum (entrance included), for see a model of Jerusalem from the Second Temple Period, as well as the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea scrolls are on exhibit.
In the afternoon, continue to Mount Zion for Caiaphas Palace and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu (entrance included), Dormition Abbey, and the Upper Room.
Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem. (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we visit Old City including a visit to the Western Wall, a section of the retaining wall of the Old Templem, and Judaism's holiest site.
Ascend the Temple Mount to discover its connection to both the Old and New Testaments.
Explore the Southern Wall excavations and Davidson Center (entrance included), where we see the ruins of the Temple retaining walls and the Teaching Steps, the main entrance to the Temple where rabbis met and taught their disciples.
Travel to Ein Karem to visit the Church of the Visitation, Mary’s Spring, and the birthplace of John the Baptist, with Mass (subject to confirmation).

Please note: Due to security reasons, the only items visitors can carry on to the Temple Mount are telephone, small camera, noteboo, and bottle of water. Stop of the rewewal of baptismal promises at Qasr Al Yahoud, the oldest and most ancient traditional site for being the place of Jesus' Baptism by John the Baptist at the Jordan River.
Visit Jericho (entrance included), the first city to be captured by Joshua in his conquest of the Promised Land.
View the site of the Mount of Temptation.
Enjoy lunch (included).
Drive to the Dead Sea (access to beach included) and take a dip in the salty waters and shop for Dead Sea products.

We begin the day early by praying the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa.
We are blessed to celebrate Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher (subject to confirmation), the site where Jesus was crucified, buried, and rose from the dead.
Return to the hotel for breakfast and rest.
Our day continues with visits St. Anne’s Church (entrance included), and to see the Pools of Bethesda, where Jesus healed the paralytic.
On to the Antonia Fortress, the Ecce Homo (entrance included), and a walk through the Jewish Quarter.
Lunch is on your own today.

This is an active itinerary requiring approximately 15,000 steps per day, often on uneven surfaces and including stairs. Participants should prepare in advance through a regular walking program.

Cloverdale Travel cannot refund credit card, bank, or processing fees, nor premiums paid for travel insurance/protection plans.
Travel protection is optional but strongly encouraged. Plans are available through Travelex or your own provider. A Travelex link will be included in your confirmation email.
If you decline travel protection, you assume full financial responsibility for losses that might otherwise be covered by insurance.
A copy of your passport (photo page) is required for hotel and airline reservations. Please upload it or email it to info@cloverdaletravel.org.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the return date.
ETIAS (Europe):
Beginning in 2026, most travelers entering Europe must obtain ETIAS travel authorization. ETIAS is not included and is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Authorization is obtained online and is typically valid for three (3) years or until passport expiration.
Israel ETA:
Beginning in 2025, travelers to Israel must complete the Israel ETA Application prior to arrival. This is also the traveler’s responsibility.
Group Air (Economy Class) is offered as an optional add-on.
Once issued, airline tickets are non-refundable and governed entirely by the airline’s terms.

Participants with specific flight or seating needs are encouraged to make their own air arrangements and book the pilgrimage land-only.
Switching from Land + Air to Land-Only after booking incurs a $100 fee.
Land-only services begin at the first hotel and end at the last hotel.
Participants arriving independently are responsible for making their own arrangements to meet the group. Airport transfers and activities outside the published land-only services are not included.

Participants requiring special assistance must be accompanied by a paying companion who will provide that assistance.
Errors and omissions may occur in itineraries, pricing, or communications. Cloverdale Travel reserves the right to correct such errors, including billing adjustments, at any time.
Cloverdale Travel acts solely as a tour operator and travel arranger. All transportation, accommodations, and other services are provided by independent suppliers. Cloverdale Travel LLC does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Cloverdale Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of any company or person providing services included in the tour.
Participant understands that international travel involves risks including illness, injury, transportation delays, and unforeseen circumstances. By participating in the pilgrimage, the traveler voluntarily assumes these risks.
Cloverdale Travel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to events beyond its control including acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
