After dinner guests play YouTube music videos larger on the big screen and kitchen monitor while guests delight their friends acting out backstage the artist’s dance moves in the hilarious shadow theater.
Here is how it works. Guests search their favorite music video on YouTube– let’s say Michael Jackson Thriller – and it play it for everyone to hear in hi-fidelity surround sound and view larger than life on the living room theater. Meanwhile this same music video plays back stage in the shadow theater so the guest dancers can follow the artist moves while also getting to view – through a closed-circuit TV – their gyrating silhouette that everyone else is seeing LIVE on the other side of the scrim in the great room.

With ownership of five exceptional restaurants, it's no surprise that guests gravitate here, eager to savor his delectable, original creations. Monday Night – Mexican Fusion with Private Chef Daniel from Grupo Marea
Daniel and his Grupo Marea restaurant group own not one, not two, but FIVE top-notch restaurants on the island. We had to have some of his mouth-watering original recipes for our guests. Grupo Marea's team comprises young chefs who graduated from the culinary institute of Cozumel. These young cooks present a locally sourced menu inspired by fresh interpretations of local classics.
Welcome drink –Xtabentun, an historic Mayan drink that survives to this day.
Appetizer – Tostadas trilogy, Crispy tortilla, guacamole bed, Pink beets aioli, apple pico, fried cilantro. 1)local lobster 2) tuna sashimi 3) panela cheese
Main course – Market sourced pork tenderloin, dried pasilla pepper and mushroom sauce, homemade plum jam, almonds, seasonal veggies. (Pork can be replaced by fresh fish fillet, must request change prior to arrival).
Dessert – Flambé Mayan crème Brule.

This Authentic Mexican restaurant is not on the tourist strip. It is a hidden gem where rulers and aristocrats have lived and the island’s affluent take their families to celebrate special occasions in grand style.
Hidden behind tall walls, Casa Mission occupies A-WHOLE-CITY-BLOCK. It was originally the family Hacienda of the one of the original owners of the entire island. The grilled Lobster is amazing and if you like huge crabs, ask your butler to call ahead and reserve at least a few of these entries as an appetizer for everyone to try because they’re not always available.
It actually depends on how many they catch that day and one crab hangs off all sides of the plate! We also recommend Caesar Salad, Flaming Bananas Foster and Flaming Sexy Coffee all made tableside before your eyes!
Wednesday Night -Homemade Past Night with Chef Fernando
Allow me to introduce Chef Fernando, a culinary virtuoso who proudly boasts his own restaurant in town. His culinary journey began at an early age, fueled by an unyielding passion for food that continues to burn brightly.
Chef Fernando's dedication led him to study at Les Toque Blanches in Mexico City, where he honed his skills and further stoked the flames of his culinary passion. His insatiable appetite for knowledge then took him on a global exploration of cuisines, techniques, and styles.
With over 12 years of professional experience, Chef Fernando stands as a true maestro of the culinary arts. He crafts gourmet contemporary dishes that blend the essence of traditional Mexican cuisine with French and Italian influences, resulting in creations that are nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite offers a symphony of flavors and textures that promises to tantalize your taste buds.
His commitment to the craft and unwavering professionalism shine through in every dish he creates, making his restaurant an absolute must-visit for anyone who savors the art of fine dining.

The Ocean view dining terrace boasts a panoramic view of cruise ships gliding by the mainland skyline that is further enhanced by torches and candlelight.
We are very fortunate to have scored the gourmet services of Chef Napoleon one night per week because he is a professor at the local culinary institute!
