Please read below for all the important details about reserving your spot at the retreat, payment plans, travel insurance and cancellation policies.

Garza Blanca Cancun will once again be the beautiful home for our retreat. After such a memorable experience at this property, we felt excited about the opportunity to return to the place where so many meaningful moments were shared during our last gathering. Nestled along the pristine beaches of Costa Mujeres, this luxury oceanfront resort offers breathtaking Caribbean views, beautifully designed suites, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to fully unwind.

From the tranquil beachfront and relaxing spa to the exceptional dining and spacious gathering areas, Garza Blanca creates the perfect setting for rest, reflection, and connection. We’re truly looking forward to returning to a place that already holds such special memories and sharing it with you again. ✨

-Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.  

- Passports are required to enter Mexico and must not be within 6 months of the expiration date.

-You will be flying into Cancun (CUN). We suggest travelers schedule your flight to arrive no later than 3 p.m. on July 22nd, 2026.  

Final Payment Due: June 1st, 2026

-When making your reservations, you will automatically be entered into an auto payment plan. You will have the option to opt out and make manual payments by emailing info@jauntsandgems.com. Please note that when opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payment of at least $150 per person to keep your reservation current.

-After two missed monthly payments, your reservation will be canceled. We will send reminders!

-If you choose any of our payment plan options, payments are evenly divided based on the date you book your trip. You can make partial payments at any time.

- There will be a late fee of $50 per person applied if final payment is not made by the final payment due date of June 1st, 2026.

-Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and price will change. 

- If your roommate cancels their trip, you will have the option to find a replacement, or move to the current occupancy package.

We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect the investment of your trip. You can get a quote for travel insurance here: Travel Insurance Quote

We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect the investment of your trip!

Things happen and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours. So, we will refund your deposit  up to 72 hours after booking. Beyond that, the deposit is non-refundable. While we will return the security deposit with 72 hours of registering, we will offer refund for money paid (excluding the $100 deposit) up until January 15th, 2026.

 If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds. 

If you'd like to extend your stay for up to 3 days prior to the trip dates  and/or up to 3 days after the trip dates, please reach out to info@jauntsandgems.com with the dates you'd like to travel and we will provide custom pricing for you.

We are offering a wide variety of room categories to choose from. Please contact info@jauntsandgems.com if you are interested in reserving a different room category or occupancy.

We're happy to provide 3 airport transfer options for your convenience.

Shared Group Transfers: Shared Group airport transfers will be offered at three scheduled shuttle times on arrival and departure days. If your flight does not align with these times, you may choose the closest window or select a private transfer option.

Small Private Transfers: Includes up to 2 people. Must be arriving and departing on the same flight and/or time. Only 1 person in the group needs to book this transfer package.

Group Private Transfers: Includes up to 6 people. All passengers must be arriving and departing on the same flight and/or same times. Only 1 person in the group needs to book this transfer package.

1) Can my husband or boyfriend attend any of the workshops or activities? 

All "retreat" activities are for women only. Your male guests are welcome to enjoy all other hotel amenities while you are "retreating" with your new circle of sisterhood community. 

2) What are healing circles, how do I sign up, and when will they be held? 

Healing circles are additional smaller group sessions that will cover more in-depth mental health and wellness topics than what will be are covered in the morning sessions. The healing circles are completely optional and are no additional cost. Closer to the date of the retreat, you have the option to sign up for any of the healing circles. To allow for more deeper conversation, the size of the groups will be small. They will held in the afternoons. 

3) Are there larger rooms available if I want to bring my family to enjoy the resort? 

Yes. Please contact the travel agent for multiple room details. 

4) How do I book a non-retreat person? 

Once you select a room category, scroll down to add a non-retreat attendee that matches your room selection. 

5) Can I invite friends or members of my bookclub?

Yes. This retreat is designed for you to come with existing friends, family, or bookclub members, OR you can come alone to meet new friends. You will not feel alone within the Circle of Sisterhood. 

6) How do we reserve spa treatments and make dinner reservations? 

Within 2 months of the retreat, all registrants will receive links to book spa treatments and make dinner reservations at the fabulous Garza Blanca Resort Sanctuary restaurants.

7) Why will I need to share my travel information? 

Closer to the date of the retreat, we will ask for your travel information for the purpose of staffing the private VIP check-in that we have arranged. It is our goal to make the retreat pleasurable from the moment you arrive to the end of check out. 

Dr. Cynthia Raines holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and two master's degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. She is licensed as a professional counselor in New Jersey and Florida.
