About Sophie
This bespoke 12 day epic Autumn group trip was tailored made by me, Sophie @withlovesophiella, to offer comfort and adventure. As many of you know, I was born in England but hold a deep connection to my Pakistani heritage. I have been solo travelling for the past 12 years, so I know how nerve wracking a first solo trip can be!
My passion for travel and storytelling has led me to create these unique trips to Pakistan, aiming to break down negative stereotypes and showcase the true beauty of this incredible country. Rooms are based on double occupancy but if you require your own room throughout the trip, there is an single supplement option at an extra cost.
Everyone 18 years + are welcome to join the trip.
We try to stick to the itinerary as much as possible but this is an adventure trip and it may change based on conditions on-ground (weather/ political changes). If changes are required, travellers will be informed accordingly. We may choose to discuss with the group but the final decision will be of the host & trip leader. We ensure that all decisions made by the host or trip leader will be in the common interest of the group.
If flight gets cancelled due to weather, we may have to travel by road. We'll try our best to cover as much as possible but some experiences and destinations might get skipped.
If you have a complaint about your Trip, please inform your Trip Leader identified at the time in order that they can attempt to rectify the matter or arrange an appropriate alternative.
The host & trip leader may cancel a Booking at any time prior to the Departure date or remove a traveller at any time while on the trip due to any Traveller actions, inactions, communications, or any other behaviour that the Company deems to be a security concern, or that may impact the dynamic and safety of the Trip, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, you may not be entitled to any refund or compensation. The Company may also elect to not provide you Services in the future.
If you cancel some or all portions of your Booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. Payments shall be refundable pursuant to the following:
We may cancel a Booking for any reason up to 60 days before the Departure Date. Except as provided below, if we cancel your Booking, you can transfer the Down Payment and Additional Payments to an alternate Departure Date or receive a full refund. In case of any cancellation for any reason, we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your Booking, including but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, unfavourable exchange rate fluctuations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (including without limitation any terms of a Booking), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Event(s)”): (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, pandemics, epidemics, drought, bushfire, storm or other natural disaster, explosion, or public health and safety emergency characterised by an applicable government authority; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order, law, or actions; (e) embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) national or regional emergency; (g) strikes, labour stoppages or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances; (h) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities; (i) other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company. In case of a Force Majeure Event, the Company shall reschedule your Booking for a future date and provide you written notice of the same. Within 30 days of notice of the Force Majeure Event, you may cancel the rescheduled Booking, and will be granted a refund for the Down Payment and the Additional Payments.

Your journey begins with arrival in Lahore, where you will be welcomed at the hotel. After dropping bags, you will start the day with a visit to the historic Shalimar Gardens followed by a tour of the Tomb of Jahangir. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Junoon Restaurant before heading to the famous border parade. The day concludes with some time at a local bazaar or mall for shopping and dinner, before returning to the hotel for a restful night.
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by an immersive Truck Art Session. You'll then explore the Shahi Hammam, Shahi Qilla, and the iconic Badshahi Mosque. As the sun sets, you'll enjoy dinner at the Haveli Restaurant, with a walking tour of the Walled City Market to cap off the evening. Return to your hotel to relax and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
An early morning flight takes you from Lahore to Skardu, where you will check into your accommodation. After settling in, embark on a scenic drive to Upper Kachura Lake. Following a farm to table lunch at Soq Valley, you’ll visit the serene Lower Kachura Lake before returning to the hotel for dinner and a peaceful evening in Skardu.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the picturesque Shigar Valley. Enjoy lunch at Katpana before visiting the historic Shigar Fort. The day continues with a drive to the Safaranga Desert, where you can partake in various adventure activities. End your day with dinner at Shahi Dewan and return to your hotel for the night.
Depart Skardu in the morning and drive to Hunza, with a stop in Gilgit for lunch. Along the way, you’ll visit the Nanga Parbat & Rakaposhi Viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of both the mountain. Arrive in Attabad by evening, where you’ll spend the night at your accommodation.
Start your day with a boat ride on the stunning Attabad Lake. Continue to the Hussaini Bridge and the remarkable Passu Cones. After lunch at Yak Grill or Gulmit, drive to Aliabad, where you’ll check into your hotel and enjoy dinner. Overnight in Hunza.
A morning hike to Basckochi Meadow, followed by breakfast at the hotel, visit the Ciqam Center Altit and explore the historic Altit Fort. Lunch will be at the Hunza Food Pavilion. Spend the afternoon exploring the bustling Karimabad Bazar, then return to your hotel for dinner and a restful night
After breakfast we've free time to explore surrounding, later participate in a cooking class including lunch. In the afternoon, explore the beautiful Hopper Valley, then return to your hotel. The evening features a traditional musical performance and BBQ dinner at Aliabad, ensuring a memorable night.
After breakfast, drive to Nomal, where you’ll take a thrilling jeep ride to the scenic Naltar Lakes. Enjoy the stunning views before returning to Nomal and then driving to your hotel in Gilgit. Dinner will be at Dawat, followed by an overnight stay.
Your morning begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a flight to Islamabad. Upon arrival, visit Saidpur Village and enjoy lunch. Check into your hotel before visiting Faisal Mosque and Daman-e-Koh. Later we stop at Monal for dinner before overnight stay in Islamabad.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, Later we visit Lok Virsa Museum and Pakistan Monument before spending a free day exploring Islamabad. You can indulge in shopping or sightseeing at your own pace, taking in the capital city's culture and atmosphere. Return to your hotel after dinner for a relaxing evening and a good night’s sleep.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your departure, concluding your memorable journey through Pakistan.
