Ride jeeps through jaw-dropping valleys, hike to Pakistan’s most iconic mountain meadows, and share chai by a roaring campfire — all on a budget.
This backpacker-style journey takes you from the buzzing capital to the mystical Lake Saiful Maluk, across alpine roads into the heart of Fairy Meadows, and back through remote Batakundi. It’s an unforgettable adventure packed into 8 thrilling days.
Designed for adventurous souls looking for comfort, culture, and connection — without the touristy fluff.
Alright, my fellow explorers, this trip is designed for independent and adventurous spirits! To ensure everyone has the best and safest experience, this particular journey is open to travelers aged 18 and above.
If you're 18+, have a thirst for discovery, love incredible landscapes, are ready to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture, and don't mind a bit of adventure (like our hikes and jeep rides!), then you are the perfect fit for this trip! Get ready for unforgettable memories with a fantastic group!
As we venture into Pakistan's stunning high-altitude regions (like Naran, Batakundi, and Fairy Meadows), the air has less oxygen. Altitude acclimatization is your body's natural process of adjusting to this change.
Key things to remember for a safe trip:
Your safety is our priority, and proper acclimatization ensures you fully enjoy the breathtaking mountain experience!
We do our best to follow the planned itinerary—but this is an adventure trip, and sometimes, plans need to shift.
Changes may happen due to things beyond our control—like weather, road conditions, flight delays, or political updates. If something needs to be adjusted, we’ll keep you informed and make sure you’re never left in the dark.
While we may chat with the group about possible changes, the final decision will be made by your host and trip leader. Rest assured, every decision will be made with the safety, comfort, and best interest of the group in mind.
If a flight is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, we may need to switch to road travel instead. We’ll always aim to include as much of the experience as possible—but please understand that some stops or activities might need to be skipped.
This is part of what makes adventure travel exciting—it’s unpredictable, and it requires a little flexibility. But no matter what, we promise to keep the spirit of the journey alive and make it memorable.
We get it—plans can change. If something comes up and you need to cancel your trip, here’s how our cancellation policy works:
If you’re dealing with a serious issue like a medical emergency or visa rejection, let us know. While we can’t promise a refund, we may be able to:
Just reach out—we’ll always do our best to help.
We highly recommend getting travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and emergencies. It gives you peace of mind—and protects your investment too.
While it’s rare, there may be situations where we need to cancel a trip. Here’s what you need to know:
However, we’re not responsible for any extra expenses you may have already paid for on your own—like visa fees, vaccinations, travel insurance costs, currency exchange losses, or non-refundable flights.
Sometimes, unexpected things happen that are out of anyone’s hands—like:
In these rare cases, we’ll:
If you’d prefer not to join the rescheduled trip, you’ll have 30 days to cancel and get a full refund of your Down Payment and any other payments made.

While you'll have good connectivity in major cities like Islamabad, be prepared for limited to no Wi-Fi or phone signal once we venture deep into the northern mountain regions like Naran and especially Fairy Meadows.
This is part of the magic of exploring Pakistan's remote wilderness – a chance to truly unplug, connect with nature, and immerse yourself fully in the experience. We recommend informing loved ones that you may be out of touch for periods.
For your convenience: Our guide already carries both city and mountain SIM cards and can share internet access when and where available. Alternatively, travelers can purchase an eSIM for broader coverage.

Islamabad → Naran
Kick off your adventure through the lush valleys of northern Pakistan. Expect dramatic waterfalls, pine-covered cliffs, and at least one chai stop too many. You’ll wind your way up to Naran, a cozy alpine town where even your phone takes better pictures.
Naran → Lake Saiful Maluk → Raikot
Start the day with a jeep ride to Lake Saiful Maluk, the fairytale lake where prince-meets-princess legends were born — and you might too, if you're lucky. Want more action? By evening, cross the mighty Babusar Pass into raw mountain country. Breathe in. You’re officially out of WiFi range now.
Raikot → Fairy Meadows
Hop on a roaring jeep for a jaw-clenching off-road ride to Fairy Point — no rollercoaster has anything on this. From there, hike two hours through enchanted pine forests until you reach Fairy Meadows, where the views of Nanga Parbat will punch you in the soul (in the best way).
Fairy Meadows / Beyal Camp / Nanga Parbat BC (optional)
Feeling fit? Hike to Beyal Camp and maybe even toward Nanga Parbat Base Camp — you'll get up close with the world's 9th tallest mountain. Feeling chill? Stay in the meadows, sip chai, and question all your life choices up to this point. Either way, epic day.
Fairy Meadows
A whole day to do whatever your mountain soul desires. Nap in the sun. Laugh with new friends. Journal like you're the main character. Or explore other spots if you're still exploration frenzy.
Fairy Meadows → Batakundi
Time to say goodbye to Fairy Meadows — but not before another wild jeep ride back down to civilization (ish). Then it’s off to Batakundi, a sleepy little mountain village where the stars shine bright and your back finally forgives you.
Batakundi → Islamabad
Wave goodbye to the peaks as you descend back into Islamabad with 1,000 photos, a sunburn shaped like your backpack, and stories your friends won’t believe. Congratulations — you just backpacked across the roof of Pakistan.
Islamabad → Home
The only mountain left to climb is checking in for your flight. Hugs are exchanged, Instagram handles traded, and your backpack? Slightly heavier — thanks to those last-minute chai packs you just had to take home. You’ll board your flight with a full heart, dusty boots, and a secret plan to come back again (don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone).
