The VOA fee, totaling $280 encompasses: The application & processing fees, and related charges. Do note that this fee must be settled before approval is granted by the Controller-General of Immigration. To facilitate the VOA process, we kindly request your exact arrival and departure dates. These dates are used for your VOA application and will be used to confirm the validity period of your visa. You will be provided with a pre-arrival visa document which will then be transferred into your passport upon your arrival at the airport, with the assistance of our ground staff. Do you need a yellow fever vaccination certificate or card for Ghana?
A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required on arrival into Ghana for travellers aged 9 months and older. The vaccination requirement is for protection against Yellow Fever, and you could be denied entry without it. Travelers will be required to ensure they have this full vaccination and certificate at least 10 days prior to departure. Kindly contact your local general Practitioner

The day kicks off with a scenic drive to the central region of Ghana where we will visit the Kakum National Park, renowned for its dense rainforest & canopy walkway. Here, you'll embark on a guided light hike through the forest and enjoy the full canopy experience, exploring the forest from above. Our day continues at the UNESCO Heritage Site -- Elmina Castle where you will be learning the history of the Transatlantic slave trade, and the story of the captured slaves at the site of their imprisonment & eventual final transportation from the continent via the Door of No Return. We round off the day with a decompressing lunch seated by the calming waters of the Atlantic Ocean, before we head back to Accra.

Prepare for a day of sun, sea, and fun as we head out of Accra on a short drive to a relaxing beach house! Spend some time unwinding & catching up on some much-needed r&r after all the Detty December activities. Feel free to explore the beach, and coastline at your own pace.
Embark on a half-day of adventure and natural beauty with a visit to the stunning Aburi Mountains where lush greenery awaits serene surroundings. Start off by delving into the world of cocoa farming, one of Ghana's biggest exports. We visit a local cocoa farm where you will learn about the cultivation process, from seed to harvest, and gain insight into the importance of cocoa to Ghana's economy and culture.
Get ready for some adrenaline-pumping action as you hop on a quadbike for an exhilarating ride through majestic landscapes and rugged terrain. Feel the thrill as you ride through the countryside and explore hidden trails and picturesque viewpoints.
Finally, cool off with a chilled drink & sumptuous lunch while overlooking the scenic valleys of Aburi before we head back to Accra.
