Welcome to the south of France - nestled along the coast of the Languedoc, our journey to relaxation, connection and creativity begins.. Upon arrival our first evening, we will settle into the hotel, tour the grounds, participate in the French 'aperitif' tradition - as we get to know each other. We'll dine at the local brasserie, nestled alongside accommodations.
On our first full day together, we will engage in our morning wellness practice and then explore the neighboring vineyards & olive groves by bike. After a beautiful ride, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch featuring local handmade products produced in the region. In the afternoon, you'll have time to relax by the pool or in the wellness suites at on our site spa.
After our morning practice, we will travel to the neighboring village of Carcassonne. Carcassonne is a stunning medieval city, renowned for its rich history, breathtaking architecture, and charming surroundings. It is one of the best-preserved fortified cities in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage. We'll explore before a gourmet boat ride along the canal de Midi featuring local artisanal selections as an aperitif along our journey.
After our morning practice, we'll visit the an esteemed winery in the Languedoc. We’ll explore the grounds of a historic winery & savor an incredible farm to table lunch on the veranda within a stone's throw from the vineyard. After our day in the vineyard, we'll have some free time to enjoy an afternoon by the pool or in the wellness suites before a deletable farm-to-table dinner at our humble abode.
No trip to France is complete without delving into the gastronomic traditions. While in the Languedoc, we’ll get our hands into the local cuisine and prepare a multiple-course meal highlighting the produce and traditions of the area. After our cooking class and tour the meal we'll enjoy will include an aperitif course, a main course and dolce - paired with the premium wines of the region.
We'll depart Narbonne after an incredible and restorative adventure. For those of you who decide to extend your stay, we're happy to provide recommendations for additional time in France/Europe after our tour.
