As dancers, achieving effortless flow and creating seamless routines can pose a challenge. At times, we may feel awkward or struggle to grasp the foundational elements of stringing movements together for a fluid performance. This retreat was meticulously designed with precisely this in mind. You'll acquire the essential tools to elevate your pole dancing to the next level, including mastering fluid low-flow transitions, executing a seamless sequence of pole skills, and gracefully transitioning from pole to floor.

 We hope you're as excited as we are for the start of our retreat in Rio de Janeiro! The day has finally arrived, and we can't wait to welcome you to this beautiful city.

To kick off our retreat on the right note and give everyone a chance to get to know each other, we've arranged a welcome introduction and mingling session at the Lobby of our hotel at 7 pm.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet your fellow participants, exchange stories, and set the tone for an incredible experience ahead. We'll briefly introduce our retreat agenda and ensure everyone feels comfortable and ready for the adventures that await us.

I'll meticulously break down what you're doing and pinpointing areas for improvement to help you execute with precision and confidence.

Templo - Flexibility Foundations*: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles behind improving flexibility, and acquire techniques to enhance your lines.

Siri-Beginner-Intermediate - Spin Pole Flow : Learn tips and techniques to help you smoothly transition into and out of various skills and combinations with ease.

Shelly -Foundations of Floor Dancing: Every captivating pole routine integrates elements of floor dancing. In this class, I will provide you with fundamental techniques that you can immediately incorporate, enabling you to begin crafting your distinct style of floor dancing.

Siri- Miss Trickster (Beginner-intermediate):In this class, we're introducing a fresh array of skills and captivating shapes to add to your pole dancing arsenal. Tailored to your current skill level, Miss Trickster will assess your existing abilities and expand from there. The goal? To introduce you to a set of dynamic tricks that you'll be able to execute with confidence on the very same day! 

Templo - Power Spins & Handsprings: Power spins are key to infusing your routine or freestyle with dynamic movement. The wonderful thing is, there are power spins suitable for all levels. We'll kick off the day with a photoshoot at the iconic Ipanema Beach. Get ready to capture stunning memories against the backdrop of this beautiful beach. Don't forget to bring your beachwear and your best smiles!

Fun Beach Day:

After the photoshoot, the day is yours to enjoy a fun and relaxing beach day at Ipanema. Soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, play beach games, or simply relax on the sand.

Closing Dinner and Night Out:

• Location: Hotel (for dinner) and Night Out (TBD)

We'll reconvene in the evening at the hotel for a special closing dinner. It's a chance to reminisce about our time together and celebrate the incredible experiences we've had. After dinner, we'll head out for a night of fun and dancing to say our goodbyes in style.

 As our retreat in Rio de Janeiro comes to an end, we want to provide you with some important information for the check-out day, Sunday, March 10th:

Check-Out:

• Time: Check-out is typically by 12:00 PM (noon).
• Location: Please return your room keys and settle any outstanding bills at the hotel reception before noon, that were not included in the retreat. (Mini bar, drinks, meals, etc)
